Iām a three strike policy type of guy . I understand this location is still new & under training . Blah blah blah I get that but some of these things arenāt a training issue . If you enjoy a long line & watching 10 employees stand around n do nothing while the lines in the street. This is the location for you . These employees will mess up the whole flow of the line just to get there buddies up faster , started a whole argument with a lady infront of me about how the line zipper works n whoās next . That employee head needs to be popped heās too new to be acting in such ways. Iāve gone 4 times at different times n days. Everytime they made my drink wrong & or completely didnāt take my order right. 2 times they told me come back later n we will try again . I paid good money I want it to be correct but they told me the lines too long to remake my drink . Never has any location in Southern Cali / ARIZONA / northern Cali EVER told me that. I will continue to drive to Redlands or Yucaipa for Dutch bros those two location are so wonderful always a good laugh , smiles ear to ear .drinks are always double blended like I ask . Even when I want to make or try some new crazy drink combo . They are always right there willing to help give recommendations n when I get to the window they will cheers n try it with me . Even if the lines long itās never an extreme wait . Highly recommend any reading this to try a different Dutch bros location n donāt let Moreno Valley lazy ass employee put a sour taste in your mouth . Please give dutchy a better chance these employees are so terrible . They act like they work with a gun to there head. Itās sad ..

I really wanted to like this, but I'm not the biggest fan ^^;
It might just be a the case that this location is VERY new (as of this review they've been open for 1 month), and the disorganization in very obvious. The workers are all very kind-hearted and have super friendly attitudes, but the amount of customers is hard to manage when you've been working a service job for a while, let alone when you're still developing a flow. But the disorganization puts all the customers in a bad mood as we wait outside for our order to be called (maybe with our name, maybe with the drink type) in a somewhat arbitrary order.
I ordered ahead on the app to redeem my free medium drink, and ordered a medium protein mocha latte with caramel drizzle. There's no point in ordering ahead tho unless you have a large order that would be bothersome to repeat. You have to check in at the window before they start making the drink, and there's no option for drive-thu pick up as of now. The app said I'd have to wait 10 minutes for the drink to be made, I arrived and had to check in and wait an additional 30 minutes, and received my drink incorrectly (no caramel) and mainly tasting of milk, I didn't have the heart to ask for it to be fixed, so I just took it along with the L.
If you love customized drinks regularly, I highly recommend just making your own at home (the materials on Amazon and Walmart would ultimately turn out cheaper). If your out and wanting a special drink treat with company, I'm sure might not be a bad option either in other locations or here after some more time has passed, but for me personally it's not worth it to return and pay full price...

Placing the order was the only good interaction with good customer service but once u get near the front of the line they rush you outta there so quickly u donāt even realize ur done. The issue with that is that I payed for an extra shot and also had no clue what those letters meant!? Because Iām not an employee Iām a customer. So I had no clue if the drink she handed over was the correct drink but one thing I did know is it did not have my extra shot because I got a cup of milk. I not only over payed for my drink to be incorrect but I also couldnāt go back to have them make it right because I had to leave for work.
