Placed two orders of tacos and they only gave me one order, and when I called to say I ordered 2 orders on door dash, they said “okay i see that it says two orders we’ll make them for you and you can come back,” then while I’m on the way back, they call me and say “it was two tacos that you ordered, not two orders of tacos…” Obviously I didn’t know that on door dash it was just ONE taco each, so that was what he called to say, and I don’t even know what to say to that so I just said “okay” and I hung up. It feels super unprofessional to say they’re gonna make it right, and that I can come back, and then call me back just to make an excuse for themselves two minutes later. What happened to the customer is always right? I only ordered from there cause they were close to work, but then I was sent on a goose chase only to still have one order… of two tacos... I might make an exception if the food was good enough but there are other restaurants that are better in my opinion and have better service. For example, I ordered taquitos with cheese and guacamole, the guacamole was not fresh at all, and it was already brown as soon as I opened it. Never again.

UPDATE: On top of that, they replied to my review as if that was necessary, just to unprofessionally reiterate that i thought it was two orders of tacos, which is what they agreed upon before calling me a second time… Regarding me saying it was chicken, well, the carne asada looks dry, and it looked like chicken at first glance, which is why I thought it was chicken, but either way, I apologized for saying that it was chicken on the first phone call because the owner seemed to be really offended that I said it was chicken instead of carne asada. my bad… Yes I cancelled the order and it’s not like it gives you a refund, so I’m not sure why they felt the need to mention that in their response. I was looking for anywhere to report a problem on door dash. Having to reply like that and defend their restaurant against a review should already tell you enough. I mean, my point is, any good restaurant who actually wanted customers to come back would have just given me the $2 tacos, if I said that’s what I intended to order ESPECIALLY, after already saying they were going to give them to me when I come back, but instead they like to give you a hassle. Read moreWent inside to order my food around 8:45pm, today. It didn't seem to be busy outside in drive thru. So I go inside place my order then went to the restroom. I ordered 4 large asada tacos @ roughly $3.75, 3 street tacos@ 1.99 and chicken enchiladas (my receipt says $3.25). My total order w/tax 26.10, paid. I headed to the restroom and I glanced over to the cook, he was preparing everyones food without gloves. I asked the cashier, Does your cook wear gloves? she replied, No we wash our hands. I thought ok he washes his hands but, there is cross contamination when he goes to touch the grill and every thing else. NOT SANITARY. I waited almost 25 minutes after I returned from the restroom. Mind you there was only myself and another guy ordering inside. I get my food and by then I'm already annoyed that the cook did not wear gloves and they took forever to make me tacos and enchilada.. The cashier finally gives me my Food. I asked her politely as to why the cook took so long to make my food. I looked at my order and she only gave me 1 enchilada. I told her I meant to order the enchilada that comes in 2. By now I'm already disappointed with their service and that this took forever. I took my food and drove home to realize that they never gave me my 4 mini tacos and the enchilada was cheese and not chicken. Tried calling the restaurant about my order, line was busy. Did not make the trip back because I live 30 min away. Please double check your orders before leaving. I called this place back and let them know they messed up my order. The cook confirmed that he made a mistake. The cashier offered to refund me for the 3 tacos. I declined because I am not driving 30 min to get a refund for $6. The cashier apologized for the inconvenience. I encouraged the cashier and the cook to pay closer attention to their orders and wear gloves. I will be calling back to speak with their manager, Nadia, about the no gloves response from her staff. Let's take more precaution and be mindful of customer orders. We are dealing with a Pandemic and businesses need to take extra health precautions. I will not be coming back to this...
Read moreOk. First of all the cashier does not speak any English at all. This is a problem. When she saw i spoke English she started doing other stuff instead of taking my order. I stood there with my kids 5 minutes. The COOK finally came and took my order. No biggie. I ordered chili rellenos. Kids got their food. 20 minutes later i asked about my food. She just looked at me like i was crazy and didn't believe me i paid for it. 25 dollars for 3 people to eat and 1 prison only ordered fries. Yes ma'am i did. She has to check. I did. So they rushed it. I took it to go. Got to my car from the restaurant and tried to take one bite. It was cold. Tha sauce wss cold and the cheese not melted and cold. They didn't even care that they didn't make my food. Why would they care about this. I didn't trust to return at that point. Horrible horrible customer service.
