Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Victoria is amazing!! She most definitely needs to be promoted. The “manager” or whomever he is (older man) needs to be demoted. This may be a sign from God to stop dealing with fast food places etc 😂 Because customer service now a days is GONE!!! People really don’t care anymore. This is a perfect example how a GREAT attitude can overshadow a human mistake.

But anyways, I ordered a three-piece combo with an extra biscuit. I was presented at the window by Victoria who was the sweetest young lady ever and gave me my order. Unfortunately, the food was warm and she forgot my extra biscuit, but I didn’t care because she was such a sweetheart in the beginning. So I went back around through the drive-through and stated through the microphone what had happened and that my food was warm, there was no biscuit and I would like to have a new HOT order made (that I paid for). I was greeted at the window by a man who grabbed the food and said “wait in the parking lot” not even a “My apologies, we will have a fresh, hot order ready for you including your EXTRA biscuit that we forgot” So instead I went inside to just wait on my food instead of having them bring it to me. Victoria was just clocking out and the “manager” told her that she forgot to give me my biscuit and she smacked the top of her head and “apologized”, I told her it was okay and that she is human and just made a mistake.

If I could give 0 stars this location would deserve even less!! Rarely do I give a deragatory rating but the level and degree of poor service was UNBELIEVABLE. I went through the drive- thru and upon placing my order I was told there was not any spicy chicken and they were not preparing any. Furthermore if I desired to have some I'd be waiting at least about 30 to 45 minutes. I was in shock. Needless to say I said I'll wait. Well..I waited and waited in the parking lot. Then I proceeded to go inside and have a seat after inquiring when would my order be ready after spending about $35 dollars. WELL I WAS TOLD OH WE FORGOT YOU'RE STILL WAITING? BY THE TIME I left so many orders were filled before me. Very humiliating experience to just sit there looking at people coming and going except me. I called the corporate office and never received a call back. Weeks later I gave another visit to that location hoping for the best. It was horrible and the gentleman even was argumentative because my chicken had dry spots on it and he did not really want to give me other pieces. He said you can get your money back or wait for more when it gets made and I said well there is spicy there I'll take some of those. Then he said no this is from the same batch. I quietly told him no it is not I was there over an hour ago and had called in. He then got mad and shoved the chicken in the box and tried to shun me in front of customers. Very...

This location has the worst food, the worst manager, and it's long history of bad reviews say it all. The chicken is either undercooked, overcooked, cold, just never cooked properly. If you take it back, you will get an attitude and watch out for what replacement you get because they will give you a different piece just as nasty and if you take THAT piece back, they will say it is not the chicken they gave you because it is not what you ordered. Not sure where I would get a random piece of chicken in the parking lot (after gobbling up the one they gave me and must be desperate for another). Also, the coleslaw smelled like spoiled milk. Then you politely ask for a refund. The manager will try to give you a couple dollars (my order was $12.90). Then we go back and forth, and he puts $9 on the counter. Because I didn't bring the jalapeno that I didn't ask for back. I go get the expensive jalapeno and after it became obvious I wouldn't just go away, I finally got the $12.90 and was banned from the store. Like I want to return for more bad food and obnoxiousness.
