I'm surprised at all the great ratings. I visited here for the first time today and it was just the worst experience. Terrible customer service and our drinks were melted and gross because they didn't keep them cold for us. We also ordered shave ice with ice cream and a slushie that was completely melted when we picked up our order so literally went in the garbage. When I asked why they couldn't keep our order cold, they just gave us a blank stare and attitude and asked if we want the order or not. Ridiculous. Ordering online ahead of time is obviously not a good idea here. Every single person working there was rude, unfriendly, and completely miserable. I will never come back here. I was really excited about this new boba place opening up and wanted to support a Korean owned business, but I'd much rather drive further to go to a place where the workers are nice, considerate and actually care about the customers. Read moreThis place is yummy. We're literally to the end of our second loyalty card. And that doesn't count the times I didn't scan my card. Unfortunately, the young, thicker, caucasian, lady with a maroon hair is extremely rude. She always works afternoon/evenings. Not once or twice but EVERY single time we go in she is so short and bothered by whoever walks through the door. This evening I was paying with cash and she was bothered by that. I said "hello" and she rudely replies "what can I get you". I made sure to make eye contact and said "hello" even nicer and she says "hi, what can I get you?" When speaking to others about boba we talk about boba time often and a couple friends of mine have talked about "that rude girl". Read moreDON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE! Very disappointed in my service SMH. Upon arrival customers are not greeted. Very disorganized lobby & checkin process. I order my PB Acai Bowl via boba time app before arrival & still had to wait for it to made in the crowded lobby. When handed to me there was no offer for a bag or a spoon until I asked. When I opened the bowl, the bowl half empty & the strawberries were old & slimy. I was so grossed out! I walked in and showed the girl at the counter, she FROWNED AT ME, DID NOT APOLOGIZE & replace the strawberries with blue berries then taped up my bowl with "do not tamper tape" lol.
