The food is always fine here. This location is super busy. I called ahead, the girl on the phone told me it would be 10-15 minutes. Since it was Halloween I waited 25 minutes before I got there. When I walked in both cashiers were helping someone. Some girl with about a dozen face piercings said “I’ll be right with you” which was fine. But then another guy walked in 2 minutes after me and she immediately started helping him. Even the other customer said “that girl was first” and the employee didn’t care. When the next girl tried to help me she couldn’t find my order which made sense they were very busy. So she finally finds it and says it was going in the oven now and would be 10 more minutes do I still want the order. I say yes, a little annoyed at this point. So then she starts charging me and says “ok your total is $x it will be about 30 minutes”. I said wait how was it just 10 minutes and now it’s 30 minutes? So now I’m really getting mad and the first girl who initially ignored me doesn’t even look up at me but starts getting in the middle and saying “do you not see how busy it is? The order is going to take time”. I snap back at her that since she wanted to ignore me the first time she doesn’t get to talk to me now and to stay out of the situation. She then starts shaking her head at me. When a manager (or who I am assuming is in charge) comes out and tells me the same how busy they are. I tell her I understand it’s busy. But my problem is on the phone they said 10 minutes, I waited 25 to come in. Then the girl said 10 more minutes and then not even 30 seconds later tells me it’s going to be another 30 minutes. And all during this someone places their order at the counter and not calling ahead and the girl with all the face piercings said “this lady goes to the very front of the line since she placed her order here”. This place has good food for good prices. But the service is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. been coming for years and have never ever had good service. I had called your business to place an order and your manager put me on hold for about 12 minutes. By the time she got back to me I had arrived to your place. I finished placing my order over the phone and ask her what took her so long. Her answer was that she was too busy. So I told her why she did not tell me to call back later instead of making me wait so long. She also asked me for my name and phone number so I told I gave it to her, so she said is it 951 area code, I said yes. When I enter your pizza place and try to pay and gave her my name, your manager Vitty went off and told me that I didn't have to be rude that she was too busy to attend my call. I told her that she was the one being rude to me because she make me wait so long on the phone. She said it wasn't that long and start arguing with me. Finally she got mad and refused to serve me and send me somewhere else to get my pizza because it was her right to do so. So I left mad and told her off for being rude and made me waste my time and gas .It is bad business to tell your customer that you are too busy to attend the call. If you as owner see that your are too busy to attend your customer I suggest to hire more employees with better training and better attitude to attend your customer. Please tell your manager that the customer need to be treated with respect at all times specially if your employee made a mistake . She is not there to tell your customers off. She is there to make the situation better. Read moreI bought a medium pepperoni for $6.00+ I was looking for a value pizza and found it. I wish they would had an online or app ordering software. Which is really the way we purchase things these days is through an app or online a couple of clicks of the button and I get a pizza. It is a small business that's trying to grow they have 2 locations which is great! Pizza is a matter of preference I normally like a thinner crust pizza this wasn't like that this was more of a traditional pizza which is OK I understood what i was ordering. The pizza got was Joey and I decided to turn on the oven and cook it a little bit more and I was OK with that period like I said before pizzas is a matter of preference what I pulled the pizza out of the oven after cooking for only 5 minutes cause I really just want to heat it up maybe firm up to do a little bit more crispy.
