I CALLED BACK AND FILED A VERBAL COMPLAINT WITH VANCE, (THE SHIFT MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION, at the time)... *Moreno Valley.. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO MY WORST ENEMY..PLEASE BE WARNED .. MY PLAN IS TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE MANAGERS WITH THE TYPE OF SERVICES THAT ARE BEING RENDERED. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE REALLY GIVES YOU A BAD REPUTATION AND LEAVES YOU WITH A AWFUL TASTE OF THEIR CONCERNS. AGAIN, I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION TO A WORST ENEMY. Read moreWe quite El Pollo Loco, dry bad chicken, started with Juan Pollo, stopped by tonight and picked up a mini pack with sides, got home the sides AWSOME, the chi ken dryer than a popcorn fart, really couldn't believe it so pulled whatever unplated chicken together and took it back, yes I called and complained first, got there and the staff scrutinized what was in the box, of course not every oz of chicken was there but more than 3/4, the sales associate scolded me and told me in the future that if you have touched any of the chicken they will deny replacement, to my stating I will shut it down to inspect the product before I leave, I just felt disgusted with the way I was told, I lost time, milage, and gas for this treatment ok, my bad I will rate the food a 1 because that is the product they first handed me, and a 5 for the product I should have gotten the first time, shame on me I will do Juan Pollo like Little Ceasars now, if it's wrong I will stand front row...
Read moreI have had food from here several times in the past, and overall it is good food at a great price, but be aware that they charge 4% for anyone using a card. Either they use a terrible bank for their transactions, or they are making money for the "convenience" to use a card. Maybe they prefer not reporting cash on their taxes, who knows, but I cannot think of any other restaurants that charge to use a card, especially when the order is $140+. Also, I ordered food a day in advance for Easter, and when we arrived to pick up the food, they started by telling me it was 40 minutes for chicken, and then it turned into 10 minutes because they just had to cut two orders that were before me. I understand it is busy due to the holiday, but why ask when I am picking it up if you are not going to pack it until I arrive?
