Restaurant was closed for dine in because of covid-19 drive threw only. They had the drive-through window for payment open but the food window closed and 2 to 3 employees outside getting the food from inside and handing it out to the customers. The whole point of these covid-19 safety measures is to reduce contamination yet they decide to add multiple employees relaying the food out to the customer in the drive-through. They had cones set up to keep cars out of an area of the drive-through so the employees have room to walk. One of there 3' tall cones fell over in the door of my truck. I pulled forward as they asked and I got out an looked at me door where there was a small scratch. Now my truck is old and has plenty of blemishes but it is a nice clean truck. I definitely was not happy about the cone falling into my truck, but the fact that it was even there with the unnecessary extra employees handling the food touching the food so much more than it needed to be is what really upset me. I asked to speak to the manager. And instead of blocking the drive threw I went into the restaurant and first person I see is apparently the assistant manager on brake without a mask on telling me I have to be wearing a mask. I went up to the counter in the restaurant and explained what had happened to the manager and she said she was just following protocol. So then I asked for the corporate phone number. Area director is the person corporate put in touch with me. And the area director didn't care much either. So if you want your food touched more than necessary during this whole covid-19 time go to this McDonald's. Btw the cone falling into my truck was not there fault. The wind blew it over. But still shouldn't...
Read moreVisited the store at 24440 Alesandro Blvd, Moreno Valley Ca. on 12 Aug at 1:14pm. They list a phone # that's a fax #. Can"t contact the store and speak to anyone. My complaint: Who ever makes the shakes must be colored blind or just lazy. I placed an order for 2 chocolate shakes and 2 strawberry shakes. When they were brought to the counter, 2 shakes were completely a white color and 2 had a hint of a strawberry color. I told the cashier that the order was incorrect because i did not order 2 vanilla shakes. She went to the back area to speak to someone and returned stating the 2 vanilla looking shakes were chocolate. I asked the cashier, where is the chocolate color and if she thought they looked like chocolate shakes to her. She said nothing, went to the back area again and when she returned she once again said they were chocolate shakes. I said, so your chocolate shakes look like they are vanilla shakes? She said nothing, so i walked away from the counter. On my way out a few customers in line said "those shakes are not chocolate". I said, I know, they sure look like vanilla to me too. Got home, gave the shakes to the people who ordered them and guess what? The 2 "chocolate" shakes turned out to be vanilla shakes. Surprise, surprise! And the strawberry shakes are barely strawberey. Very disappointed with McDonalds. Darlene G. ...
Read moreTLDR; employees have no common sense. A friend and I decided to do two separate orders on the drive-thru. They said they could only take one order even though there was no vehicle behind us. They instructed us to go back around again, even though it was a mobile order (rewards item). So we went to the drive-thru parking space and overheard that they have messed up the two next cars over order's. It was no surprised that they also messed up ours. They claimed they have already given us our orders, which they didn't. I told the employee that I was waiting on a mobile order that the drive-thru cashier has already taken. She then instructed me to go through the drive-thru again. I said my order number but it's didn't pop up in their system even though it's the correct address. (The drive-thru cashier already processed it so, they assumed it was already given to me.) Basically it's a poop show there and I wonder why we have to increase their wages when its not rocket science, but basic common sense. I don't know why they were able to get hired. It's a mystery. Don't be fooled by positive reviews. They're probably written by the employees.
