FINAL REVIEW AT ENDING.
Long wait times. I made an online order. I arrived and in 30 minutes later I had to go inside because they were taking too long. They selected on the app that they delivered the food to me so I went to investigate. They had my food already ready but there was a small line in front of them so they made me wait so my food was getting cold just because there were people in line.
Second time I did the same thing I ordered ahead of time and got there 10 minutes after my mobile order and they hadn't even started until I walked up and let them know I had been waiting in the parking spot for my order and got nothing. This teen turned around as if annoyed and then started to build my bag of food and he tossed everything in like it was a chore to even try to get food for me. Looked in the back and every employee was practically staring at me while there was a 10 car drive thru line outside.
Third time I was ordering and eating in and they had a long list of cars in the drive thru and it hadn't moved after being on a call for over 20 minutes. I walked in and there was one customer at the counter arguing with the manager as he was in the drive thru for half an hour before he got his food and they forgot his extra fries and didn't make his burger plain for his daughter. I watched as every single employee besides the drive thru employee was watching him lose his mind as there was still orders inside and in the drive thru waiting. They had no care to make the orders on time. I left at that point.
I'm convinced this location just hires teens with little to no experience that only come in for the paycheck and run as they weren't in a hurry until I was there asking for my food. All of a sudden they had something to do when I asked for my food. McDonald's needs to investigate what is going on at this site as they could be making more money if they had decent staff here. Especially when they are close to moval college and their customers are consistent. The only one who seemed to care was the Asian woman at the front as she was running back and forth babysitting all these employees and asking them to do things that shouldn't have to be said in the first place. A burger is listed as what needs to be made and she had to tell them to make it.
FINAL REVIEW:
I made the mistake again of going to this location. I originally made an order at 3:52 and I arrived at 4:02. I put my curbside pickup and I waited. 4:22 my phone informs me that my order is complete and they hope I enjoy my food. Confused once again I head inside and there's 6 groups of people sitting and watching the counter waiting for their food. Keep in mind this is a busy time at around when schools are out. I walk up and they are getting my food onto a tray to give to me and I'm walking up. They shouldn't be pressing anything until the food reaches me and they did it anyways to make sure the system sees that they made an effort when they hardly did. 20 minutes for one combo. And that's not the worst part. When I finally get my order the fries are cold, the burger has no top bun and the soda is already melted and watered down from the ice that was inside. I am never coming to this location and for that matter any McDonald's location after all the pain and frustration this location has given me. McDonald's is doing something wrong and it's not these workers fault nor is it the managers fault. I'm impacted just as much as all the people that were waiting and probably were still waiting half an hour later. When I called and asked for a refund the immediate response is that I return to the store to get a refund but after this experience I don't care anymore. They can take that payment as my final payment.
Do not go to this location. Consider others or just get the habit down the street or farmer boys. At least the food is quality over at...
Read moreJust like majority of the other customers from this location previously stated. This is the branch if McDonald's that I don't recommend going to. First and foremost they couldn't get their orders right. Majority of the time there will always ne something that is missing on your order. It always happens. Like a few months back my husband bought 5 breakfast deluded and when he came home all 5 of them didn't have the bacons in the order. So a manager told us Crystal that just come anytime and let anyone know that we spoke to her to replace the 5 deluxe no charge. But We didn't claim it right away until today we spoke to someone Supervisor Alex they'll replace 2 being that it has been so long. But we took what Alex stated. But when my hubby came about they were giving him a hard time. That's when I called back and they let me speak with that Manager Terry. My hubby is there to buy more anyways we were just claiming the replacements from a previous purchase coz everytime we keep forgetting the receipts. This manager Terry was very rude and as if he didn't want to hear my explanation and his answer was "people do this all the time" and I go, no not me, I only bring up the issue when an error or mistake has been committed but I seldom make complaints. That could have stooped it from there. I get it they don't want to honor it what a previous supervisor or lead had stated, but the worst part that made me more deciding to call the corporate office to make an official complaint is when my husband heard the same manager telling his staff or crew member that I was the same lady that keeps calling all the manager??? So that is it. I will be calling the Corporate office to make an official written complaint. Because first if all, I don't know him and he doesn't know me- This was the first time I spoke to this manager. His answer to me while I was talking to him was that He can't be on the phone for a long time tha he needs to help customers. He assumed that he knows me and assumed I was one of the same lady that calls all the time???? What proof that he has. I'm pretty sure even if phone records can be pulled he is not going to be able to prove that I call all the time. I will call whenever they always screw their orders which they always do, but most of the time I just let it slide so many times. So this type of rudeness and unprofessionalism is not acceptable. When his an actual client's husband can hear what he was incorrectly was claiming. So because of this, I already left a voicemail for the complaint s division to call me so I can officially make a written complaint again just like what I have done years ago approximately 5 or 7 years ago. This time I am not going to let this slide. McDonald's needs to send a lot of this branch or location to get more training when it comes to ethics and professionalism. Read moreWith so many issues at this location it’s hard to pick the first problem. I will start off with the fact it’s a filthy restaurant. Almost every morning I’ve entered this building I see 1-3 “peoples without homes” belongings all over the floors and tables. Keeping in mind I’ve witnessed several people leaving without a single employee cleaning anything prior to other people sitting at the same dirty table. The restrooms smelled horrible. I completely understand a restroom isn’t the freshest smell to begin with, but these were far worse than your normal fast food restroom. The allow the “peoples without homes” to bathe using the sinks in the restroom. As this location is the closest to my house I’ve been there a lot of times. These issues are a regular occurrence. If you have any problems there saying anything to management is useless. The employees, from management down, are typically rude and argumentative if you do try to express concerns. As you can see they have a 3 STAR overall review. The only reason I’ve had to suffer coming to this location so many times is not only is it the closest but I deliver food as well. Which comes to the next issue. They give people the wrong orders, leave things out and make the food wrong on a very regular basis. This not only is upsetting to me but actually costs delivery drivers a lot of money in tips due to the orders being so messed up. To sun it all up, It is a filthy location They treat customers horribly and argue with them giving the worst customer service I’ve seen at almost any establishment. It’s always a gamble if you’re going to get what you ordered and if it will be made right. Sometimes they flat out say they never got your order when you have proof of order on your phone. These are the minimal requirements of having a business and they’re not doing the majority of them. This location stays in business not because it’s a good place but solely because of the McDonald’s name. GO TO THE NEXT CLOSEST LOCATION or any other fast food place near by BUT I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
