McDonald's — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

The food is completely unedible

so I haven't eaten at McDonald's for about 8 months because I had a bad experience and thought I'd give it another try. That was my first mistake the second mistake was going to the actual McDonald's and ordering food I ordered a number one with the Sprite with no ice they didn't have Sprite so I went with a fountain no big deal in order to package a chocolate chip cookies

first of all the price is ridiculous it was $15 and some change for just one person if I go to In-N-Out I can get two number 2 for a dollar more and if you cooked properly. I still wear a mask because I deal with a lot of people so I had my mask on in the car at the drive-thru window. when I received my food my eyes instantly burn and I can smell a horrible plastic burn smell through the mask N95 mask. and I felt the bag of cookies and they were extremely hot like came out of a microwave hot what time is it, at first I thought maybe it was just a mask distorting the way the food smells so not thinking much of it I closed the bag up and drove home should have stayed should have inspected and got my money back. I've never seen chocolate chip cookies burnt in a way where they smell like burnt plastic not only that but the french fries were old and cold open up the Big Mac Box because I didn't want more disappointment needless to say I'll be going to In-N-Out tonight and I will never be going back to McDonald's not only is it overpriced the employees obviously don't care corporate obviously doesn't care so why should I go there and spend money. worst 15.00 I've ever spent I'm actually seeing if I can get that back...

Seriously the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They now have kiosks to order from, we’re standing there waiting to have our order taken and the employees are LEGIT staring at us instead of showing us the kiosks. “Do we just order on here or are y’all gonna take our order?” This idiot looks at her coworker, coworker looks back and then turns to us and says “well i mean it’s up to you.” If you had been at the register to take our order then YEAH, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN UP TO US!!! But when we don’t have a choice cuz y’all aren’t doing your jobs, at least show us how to use your new damn machines!!!!! To add to it, every table we went to sit at, was dirty as hell, the floors were DISGUSTING, and basically the employees suck. Lol i just can’t with this place. AND!!! The meat inside my mothers Big Mac looked as if it had been sitting out for hours or even days. It was bad. There was one employee who mentioned to a customer she had just started working there last week who is the only one i will leave a good review for. Unfortunately i did not...

This place is pretty bad. So bad that I believe a call to the health inspector should be made.

In addition to the poor service and dirty tables, they always do things like undercook the fries, resulting in me throwing them away when I get home because they are completely and totally inedible.

But…who cares…isn’t that the general attitude?

It’s just my money poured down the drain, not yours, and wasted food. No big deal, right? After all, it’s not like hunger and poverty (or going back to the restaurant to get the right order, wasting gas) is a problem these days.

I could go into the fact that they totally resent me for actually asking for cooked food (so selfish and cruel of me, I know) but I think I’ll stop there.

This restaurant’s staffing and management has absolutely no pride in their work and they just don’t care. It is a pathetic, shameful disgrace to the franchise.

I will never go back there. Besides, thanks to the staffing crisis and general economic malaise, it’s becoming way too inconvenient and expensive to eat...
