Although you do save a few dollars on pricier brands that you find in regular grocery stores, it doesn't really do you any good because most of the items sold in this store are either expiring the day you purchase or within the next day or two. Do yourself a favor and look at all the expiration dates. They also sell different snacks and drinks (things you would find at the dollar store), but I wouldn't bother with those either because they are marked up and sold for more than they're worth. I used to love coming here because they had a great selection of dolly madison/ tastykake treats that were not found anywhere else... but that is no longer the case. As I'm standing there with 2 loaves of raisin bread. I came in to give you some business and was made to feel like I wasn't spending enough lol. Then asked why I was at the tint place. I mean if it wasn't for the tint guy I wouldn't even have came in. They had this jerky I usually pick up for $3.33... it was $7 and some cents here for the same size package. Read moreThis place is like most bakery outlets, which sells lots of loaves of bread for $0.99, bags of donuts 2 for $3, individual pies like the ones at McDonald's, apple, cherry, etc, honey buns all for $0.89 each and other small things that are great priced. The catch is that most of the items there, especially the bread has an expiration date within a few days from the date of purchase.
