Tijuana's Tacos — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I wish I could give this place a half star. I went in on Saturday night close to closing time and ordered 2 burritos and 1 taco which on the menu it states they all have guacamole. I get home and as we're eating we noticed none of the items we ordered had guacamole. It was already late and I couldn't call anymore so I called the next day and let them know. The lady in a bothered tone said so what do you want to do about it. I told her well I'm not sure how you guys usually handle something like this. She said we can either give you your money back or remake you the same order but make sure to bring receipt I said okay. I get to the restaurant and let her know I spoke to someone and what the lady told me over the phone I handed her yhe receipt then she said that unfortunately she won't be able to give me the money back or even make the food over for us at that point I said why would you tell me that over the phone then? I told her she would have to honor what she said over the phone she said no and no managers were available according to her then the cook gets in to the conversation after I said I would put a review he asked me what was wrong with the food in a bad tone and well for one what I ordered wasn't fully correct and 2 now they aren't wanting to fix it. And still nothing we ended up leaving. It wasn't bad so we were planning on returning to this place but after this incident we won't be going anymore and we definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone. Customer service...

Where do I start. They have a promo for a free aguas frescas per order. There was no fine print if it’s “with a purchase of at least a certain amount. It’s said per cart. We ordered for 5 people and we were placing the orders separately, but placed it all under my name some I was gonna be the one to pick them up. After the 3rd person had ordered, they blocked the 4th persons order and was notified to contact the store. Once I called them and asked what was going on, the lady started of by saying that a lot of people had been taking advantage of the promo and that we are taking advantage of it. And she won’t honor the promo for the last 2 orders since they’re all the same name. So I asked what if the other 2 places the order under their names and come with me to pick it up. She still won’t honor it since we’ll be coming in the same car. Then I responded with “they can drive themselves.” She still won’t honor it and said she’s going to be turning off their tablet so no online orders can come through. So I decided to pick up the 1st three orders and placed the last 2 orders in person and paid for the last 2 drinks. I wish I could say that was the end of it, but it wasn’t. One of the order had 2 carne asada quesatacos. They gave us 2 regular tacos instead. We also ordered 2 sope and only got 1. Horrible customer service and bad way of handling their promos and misunderstandings. Definitely gonna be the 1st and last time...

My family and I went in family of six ordered around $100 worth of food. My little one was walking to our table with one of our drinks the tables are uneven so when placing the cup on the table it spilled I went back and asked her if she can refill my cup due to it falling she said they were going to have to charge me a full cup I told her even though it literally just spilled not even one sip was taken, got my order three items are missing went back after where was that she with attitude tried to act as if I didn't order it she went back at the receipt saw that the items were on there and was charged and I did pay she surely look to dumb I'm sure she felt dumb because she was trying to make it seem as if I was trying to get free food off of them looked at her and she said I still have to charge the full price I said really even though you guys were going to rip me off of my food.
