Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

I ordered ahead of time and did the drive thru option to pick my food. I arrived and didn't expect to wait long since there were only 5 cars ahead of me when I arrived. The wait was over 30 mins and the cars in front of me were not even moving. I looked behind me and there was already a line that wrapped around. After waiting and being second in line. The car in front of me ordered two cars behind me and was in front of me. I heard them say my name to the car in front and I didn't want to assume it was my order even though I had that feeling they were giving my order to the car in front of me. Once I pulled up I over heard the employees saying they gave my order to the car in front of me and I even said to the employee that was giving the orders out "you gave my food to the car in front of me huh; that car was behind me two cars." And then I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my food and they still managed to goof it up and forget my order of waffles fries and I had to get out of my vehicle to tell the employee. Before this location I drove to the silver Creek chic fila and honestly after this I think I'd rather avoid the headache and just drive out there since they made me wait the same amount of time it would take me drive there...

Ordered a Market Salad (w/Cheese on the side) and 12-ct grilled nuggets thru the drive thru at 11:41am. Noticed it was difficult for the person taking my order to input the “special request” (of cheese on the side). Got to the window, was asked again about the cheese. Then was asked to pull forward to wait. Realized 5-6 cars got the food after i pulled forward. None of this frustrated me until I realized i was waiting for 20 minutes for a salad and nuggets. I like this chicken sandwhich. Sure, it may be “plain” compared to other “gourmet” places, but this is fast food. To me, it’s great.

I came by during a very slow evening hour. Only one other person was eating. However, just about every booth/table I looked at was gross — lots of food crumbs and the seats unwiped and glistening — past memories of the dirty, greasy hands that rubbed against them. I had to finally settle on a dirty booth and scrub the seat myself with a napkin.
