Worst customer service you can find and food is not always fresh. Tried eating here 3 times and regretted every purchase and interaction.

Great example was my first time visiting this establishment. (During covid time) I went in and looked at the menu on the wall while I waited in line. I had decided on a sandwich by the time I got up to the register but had a question about if it came with tomatoes. The cashier just sighed and asked if I needed a menu. Did not answer my simple question or wait for my response. Instead she walks away to get me a paper menu, hands it to me, and wonders off.... Effectively holding up the people behind me by doing this too. Why go into work when you clearly don't want to be there? I wish I could say she was nicer on my other 2 visits, but not a chance. Much needed staff training or at least get new staff. As for the food, my family ordered three sandwiches. I got half shriveled/old bean sprouts and very slimy onions on my sandwich, same on another sandwich even though we ordered no onions, and an entirely wrong sandwich. My receipt was correct but the sandwiches were not. Not the best start and I should have known better than to go back. Now I eat sandwiches at other places or Ericks on the other...

Don't tell me spicy mustard and tuna don't go together. Sure, I was a bit skeptical during the ordering process. I even asked the cashier if it's "normal" to put spicy mustard on a tuna sandwich. Then I asked how frequently she gets customers putting spicy mustard on tuna sandwiches. I obviously wanted to stand out, but not too much. The cashier reassured me that I wasn't alone and she had seen other people order a tuna sandwich with spicy mustard. Unfortunately, that did not subside all my worries, they just seemed to jump to something else. I then started to think, is this thing even going to taste good? I decided to order something I knew I would like and got an apple juice just in case the tuna sandwich with spicy mustard ended up being a mistake. I could live with one mistake, most families do. Luckily, I didn't have to live with any, the sandwich tasted amazing! I'll definitely order it again next...
