McDonald's — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

Any fast food restaurant that has the self-order kiosks is one I will visit and this place looked good, but it is best to order take out. During my last visit, I received poor service. After placing my order, nobody bothered to retrieve my food after 20 minutes had passed. They focused on those who were waiting outside for pickup. When I showed them my receipt, they said they would get to it, but someone else had to ask again if I had been helped before I received my food. I ordered fries, but got a shake instead and they did not even return my receipt. I can't change what happened, but I can make sure I don't treat my customers that way and I am not planning on ordering food from this location in the future. All it takes is one time to make a bad impression and convince you not to give them another chance. That applies to personally, as well as professionally. They received a lower rating because of this. After a while, they redeemed themselves and I kept returning. We can all get it...

I have been to the Tennant McDonalds multiple times. They screw up my order 70% of the time. Tonight I waited in line for 5 minutes before I got to order. No one came over the loud speaker for 2 minutes to the point that the car in front of me pulled 2 spaces ahead. I pulled up thinking they were taking orders at the window. I finally get to the window and am told they were taking orders at the box. I inform them I was there and no one took my order, can I please place my order now and pull into a parking space to wait. They tell me no, orders are taken at the window only and orders are now closed. At this point it's 10:05pm and I've been in the drive-thru for 7 minutes. They supposedly don't close until midnight. I went to the McDonalds on Monterey Rd at 8 pm on a Saturday night and the dining room was closed due to lack of staff so I went to the McDonalds on East Dunne Rd and it's dining room was also closed due to lack of staff. There were only four people working at the store because workers don't show up. This is a repeating issue with all three locations in Morgan Hill. I don't know if this is a management issue, worker quality issue or pay rate issue; but, these stores are hurting the reputation of the chain and should be shut down if it can't be resolved.
