My parents stopped at this target on their way down to Monterey. They used the restroom, my mom purchased a grande vanilla latte, and they left. Come 3 days later, my mom looks at her bank account and they charged her $45. She called and explained the situation and they said "come in and we'll fix it". We live north of Sacramento; about 3 hours away from Morgan Hill. When she explained this, they said "oh sorry we can't do anything then". Speaking to a manager resulted in "oh we can't do a full refund of the overcharge, but come in to guest services and we'll give you a $10 gift card". If we could come in, we'd get the full refund in the first place... 6 hours in the car and a loss of $30 is not worth it; time to...
Read moreA waste of my time and money. I use to stop here daily for my coffee on my way in to work from Los Banos. It's convenient since I take the back roads to the freeway, but the past couple months I'm literally throwing my money away because the coffee I'm receiving is GARBAGE, its not what I ordered. It's something I physically cannot drink due to allergies. Partly is my fault for believing in the staff that they will get the order right and continue to come back but also, its the staffs job to prepare everyones coffee as its ordered because we pay for it and its not cheap.
