I ordered online, arrived and checked in. Marvin, who identified himself as manager came out and said they had no ice cream so I would not receive the 3 shakes and 2 mcflurries that I ordered and did I want something else, I said no please credit the amount back he said he could not do it and if I wanted my money back I would have to request it online. I asked him to cancel the whole order and he said he couldn't do that, he could not give me any of my food but I would still need to ask for the money back online. I asked how to do that and he said he had no idea. I asked to speak with someone who does and he said noone there knows anything about the online stuff. So he brings out part of the food in a ripped bag, forgets all the fries, I ask "do I get my fries" and he looks at me and says "oh you ordered fries" and goes back in the restaurant to make me wait again for the fries. So I ask him for an owners name and phone number. I call that and get a voicemail that does not identify itself as a company phone at all. So your company stole 12 dollars from me. Awful service, knowing they were taking money and not supplying product in return (so theft) and offering no other option to receive my money back except "online somehow" in addition to awful service. Read moreI’m in the hospital and I had my mother go by McDonald’s due to the lunch tray the hospital brought me but had no sauces. So my food didn’t get cold and no one around to help I call my mom to go by McDonald’s. She ordered a quarter pounder with cheese combo With ketchup and sweet and sour and turns out they didn’t put nothing in the bag I told my mother jus because they say they did u have to check. Well she brings me the food to the hospital and it’s a bacon quarter pounder and it’s not what we ordered. So I call McDonald’s and explain look the whole meal is ruined and there was no sauces and sandwich is dry as hell. And she said she would refund my sandwhich but not my Fries because not having ketchup isn’t a valid excuse. I said Raven my freis are cold due to my meal being all screwed up. I ask her to speak to the general manager Marilyn. And she said that Marilyn could hear me and not willing to do anything about it. When I went through the drive-thru I was greeted by a voice that I could clearly understand and did not sound impatient or imposing. That being said, they accurately took my order and when I pulled up to the window to pay the prescribed amount, I was greeted cheerfully by an age gentleman who appeared to be teaching someone how the job was done. When I advanced to the next window my food order was quite possibly the hottest. It could be without burning my fingers. The chicken biscuit was actually very tasty and smelled great. I ordered a caramel macchiato and unlike other McDonald's, this came to me, pre-mixed and pre-stored and was a delicious experience.
