made my order COMPLETELY wrong twice. i left the second time because i had to get home. made me a LARGE caramel cinnamon latte instead of a SMALL caramel apple latte. i have been getting the caramel apple drink since it came out and faithfully wait for it to come back AND IT HAS NEVER EVER HAD CINNAMON ON IT. i am allergic to cinnamon so i cannot consume it. i asked for that to be decaf. for some reason the small coffee that’s my husband’s was the one that was decaf, made iced first. made wrong twice. the person said he would make sure mine was decaf. if there is no decaf button don’t advertise it. i am pregnant and am limiting my caffeine intake so i cannot drink this and my husband doesn’t drink decaf, he is about to go to work so that won’t do him any good, so essentially that is both drinks wasted. money and time wasted for something that is completely mediocre, dry, and disgusting to be quite frank. When i placed my order there were two vechicles in front of me, add another 14 minutes till i got to the window, i received my coffee right away, 16 minute's later I was given my bacon breakfast snacker, the staff was very apologetic, can't blame the staff when the franchise owner runs a skeleton crew,"ON WVU GAME DAY." This location has a high employee turn over. I just went back several days later was told that the manager was let go and all the staff left. My experience today is a game changer and this is why, burnt coffee, the forgot my potato side, every table was filthy, the floor was beyond dirty along with the restrooms. Read moreI've always went to this store,since it opened, because it's right across from my work. I always got great service until the past couple of years. I quit using this store because not only has the quality of service declined to the point that I usually have to yell " Hello" to get someone to take my order at the counter but it is never open at 5am,when I get to work, a majority of the time the store doesn't open til 7am or later or there is a sign posted on the door that inside ordering is not an option. I would rate this store a 0 but the app won't allow any rating below a 1. I suggest if you like the coffee or food that you find another store to attend.
