Annabella's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Morris Plains

These guys are arrogant thieves. I ordered 2 slices of plain pizza and a soup and when I asked how much he said 18 dollars and I'm like that's a bit much because the soup is 7.99 and the slice is 3 bucks. The owner said if you pay cash it's 14 dollars that's a huge difference so I paid cash and when I hit home I found out that they gave me the wrong soup .I called and a lady picked up and I said I got the wrong soup and she said the owner left and she can't help me and hung up.Another time I ordered and my soup tasted old and my side veggies were under cooked and I called and complained, I didn't want any money I just wanted the owner to be awared and he was so rude. I called back today and the owner was back and he told me that he doesn't want my business anymore. I went to this place many times and I only complained twice and I told the owner just because you guys don't understand and yoy guy made a mistake I have to get kicked out. Placed a large catering order using Slice a few days back and we are disappointed with the service that the restaurant has provided. On Slice, the restaurant does not state that there is meat in their penne vodka tray. When we picked up the order and later opened the pasta, we noticed that there was prosciutto. I first called Slice to let them know about the issue and after calling the restaurant, it seems as they had denied any type of compensation. I later called the restaurant and explained the issue and they advised me that I should have left instructions saying to remove the prosciutto. They did not understand that the penne vodka tray does not state that it has prosciutto in it so why would I think to leave special instructions. I got there as they were closing, but I was starving. I ordered cavatelli and broccoli, plus garlic knots. It took a reasonable amount of time, and the I happily accepted my food and went to go eat it in my car. It was delicious. The pasta came with garlic which was PACKED with garlic, as were the knots. I'm in the "never enough garlic" camp, personally, so I was extremely pleased. My only issue is that the takeout container was overfilled and leaked through the paper bag. I know that eating Italian food in the car is not exactly orthodox, or well-advised, but it sure was 10x more of a mess because of that overfilled container.
