Dunkin' — Restaurant in Morris Plains

I find my visits here mostly pleasant. I’ve had pleasant interactions with three older staff members (Hispanic/Indian) and a young woman (White) - they are polite, friendly, and efficient. There’s another young woman (darker hair) who isn’t as friendly and she doesn’t charge the correct amount nor does she give the right change back. I really enjoy the hot chocolate here, though I wish it was filled all the way to the top (I’ll ask next time). I’ve never had issues with the food or donuts being stale. This is the only Dunkin I’ll go to in the area, mostly because I like seeing the same faces and find the team to be more friendly than others...

This morning at Dunkin’ Donuts, the store was clearly overwhelmed. The staff member in the blue Polo struggled to organize orders, causing long delays-especially for earlier pick ups. Orders were placed on the shelf without names being called, forcing everyone to search through bags, a better system and simple name announcements could greatly improve the experience.

Shoutout out to the lady in the hat - she was incredibly efficient and did an excellent job keeping...

Asked for 4 items . 1 large coffee ,1 assorted munchkin 25 box. (I got 4 glazed, rest chocolate..very disappointed ) then got back in line before I checked the munchkin box because I forgot to order the new snacking bacon. Took over 10 min . Had to watch it sit and get cold , watched a fly land on it a couple times. Didnt even eat it after that. Then when I brought up iv been waiting 10 min they finally remembered my order which sat on the counter infront...
