Captain D's — Restaurant in Morristown

The food was decent. The service of delivery wasnt. The lady brought our food to our table and barely gave me time to get the food off of the trays before she just dumped all the sauces and everything all over the table. Then said, "That's how we do it so we dont touch anything." Well thats what I am for. To get my own food and condiments off of the tray without them ending up in my lap. The fish was good, the fries were undercooked and nasty. Never ate more than 2. I grew up eating at Captain D's for 30 years, and never have I ever had service like this. The lady taking our order was amazing and professional and very helpful, but when the older lady brought the food. You'd think we were homeless begging for food with how we were treated. Only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the young lady who took our order. If it wasnt for her, it wouldve been a 1 star. Sorry excuses for customer service. And the cook was in the back cussing up a storm. Defintely wont...

Captain d's you suck, Me and my wife both ordered she got the senior meal. I ordered the 2 piece fish and 2 piece chicken which was $11,19 with two sides .sh wanted to know what sides I wanted I tolde her a baked potato and mac&cheese which they charged me extra for both sides 99 cents for each side . when I asked why she said they were premium sides. How was I supposed to know this ? I said it comes with 2 sides.... so I was ripped off for 2 dollars ,,,, They should have told me this when I placed my order ,,, To the so called Management you need to train your people to explain this so called premium sides or is this just another way to rip people off and make extra money to make sales look good You won't be getting any more of my money and none from my friends or anyone that I see. I will make sure every on knows what a rip off this place is,,, you have got my last dollar ,Our meal cost us $25.94 I can take that much and go to a good place...

Firstly, it took over 15 minutes from the time I got into the drive thru line, until we received our dinners. Secondly, dinner was pitiful at best. We ordered their catfish and shrimp combo and a southern style white fish dinner. The picture for the combo was deceiving, at best. It showed a nice thick piece of catfish and 6 shrimp, with a side and a drink, for $6.99, but what we ended up with was maybe 3" long, maybe 2" wide, and as thin as a napkin. The mac and cheese that was ordered as a side was creamy, but had no flavor, at least the southern fish dinner was a big enough piece of fish, that I could share it. I also asked for both tartar and cocktail sauces, but got 3 cocktail sauces only. This is not the first time that I've had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant, but it will definately be my last. I'll be going to Long John Silver's...
