Monday mornings can be THE WORST. Coffee always makes a Monday (or any day) better.

I stopped to pick up an order for delivery at Snowbird mountain coffee co this morning. I have been in there so very many times picking up coffee and foodstuffs for others and today - today I got my own coffee. I spent from my gas money to buy myself some much needed Monday caffeine.

I carried my prize and my customer's order out, put mine on top of the car while I opened the door to put my customer's order in the back seat. Y'all... My coffee slid off the top of my car and onto the cold, hard asphalt. I finished putting my customer's order safely in its place, picked up the remnants of the lost coffee goodness from the ground and put it in the trash bag in the car with tears streaming down my face. (Yes, I cried over a spilled coffee, and am not ashamed to admit it 😂)

The nice lady who made said coffee appeared like a kind-hearted angel at the passenger window, asked if I had dropped mine and all I could do is look at her and nod. She said she would make me another. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for that small act of kindness! I thanked her profusely, dried my tears and carried my new coffee cupped in BOTH hands safely to the car.

After hearing so many recommendations to check out Snowbird Mountain Coffee Company, I finally decided to stop by today while running errands. I could tell right off the bat that people really love their coffee because they were driving super fast to get in line at the drive thru or find a parking spot haha! This cozy, lil shop absolutely lives up to all my expectations! I choose to go through the drive-thru and the wait was not as long as I was expecting! It was nice to have their menu posted before the ordering window. This gave me time to look over their options. They have so many creative drinks and foods! I came only wanting a coffee, but I will be back to try their other food and drink options! The woman at the window was super sweet in answering all my questions about their coffee and even gave me a few of her favorite suggestions! The barista was super quick to make my latte too. I went with my go-to coffee order (dark mocha latte) and I am SO impressed! I was so happy that their large latte comes with 3 shots of espresso so I don’t have to order extra shots haha! I'll start off by saying I have my own coffeeshop and Snowbird Mountain Coffee Co are my roasters! I love their coffee and espresso, they roast it every week and really understand what all goes into building flavor profile in the beans. As roasters they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, they've helped me get my shop open and gotten me through the first couple of months with success. They have two beautiful locations. One is a super unique trolley drive-thru location in Newport. It really is one of my favorite things about Newport! It gives it a fun, beautiful, hometown feel. Excellent coffee, excellent service, great prices. Their second location is in Morristown and is a very classy yet comfortable place where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere. I received perfect service and the staff was very knowledgeable. If I didn't think Snowbird's Coffee was THE best they probably wouldn't be the roasters for our shop, but they are! I'm grateful for all the attention to detail and hard work they put into making it all a flawless experience for their customers. Support this independent, family run business and be watching for their third location to open in downtown Newport! It's going to be epic!...
