*UPDATE 3/21/23 Very frustrating to place a mobile order and sit in line for 40 minutes with only four cars ahead of me in line. I waited at the window alone for 15 minutes to be ignored a majority of the time. I tried telling the employee the name of my order, but the employees kept talking over each other and mispronouncing my name (laughing as they did). They asked me to spell my name, then laughed as they misspelled it to each other. After 10 minutes, the employee told me they weren’t able to make my drink (already mobile ordered ahead) because they were out of espresso and offered to make me a regular coffee. I don’t understand why this wasn’t communicated earlier. He then regifted me an abandoned order that looked and tasted disgusting. When I declined the abandoned order, the employee told me to take them anyways. I’ll attach a photo of that order (two of the same drink that look and taste completely different). My drink tasted like dirty water. Three poorly made drinks. Clearly, this Dunkin needs new management to create an organized work environment and provide retraining opportunities.
(Previous Review) — Although I enjoy Dunkin, this location is very inconsistent when it comes to coffee orders. Even when I mobile order the same drink every time, I still find the drinks are different each time. Sometimes I get overloaded with syrup and other times there’s maybe one pump. The inconsistency is just a tad frustrating. The donuts are pretty average, so I much prefer their coffee. The lines can be long as well, but thankfully the building is wide enough to where you aren’t in line in the street. From the times I have been to this Dunkin, the employees are super friendly! They just seem to have a communication issue when it comes to drink...
Read moreThe store was almost empty, there was another customer and myself and the tables that were empty were dirty. The floor could have used a once over. The staff was friendly enough but they didn't have the main donuts I had stopped in for, the powdered white cream filled, well she told me they were out but they had one left. I wasn't very happy. I asked her when they'd have more, she said tomorrow morning. Mind you it was only 2 pm so the most most popular donut they sell is out and it's not even halfway through the day. Not only that, it's the pumpkin season and I was trying to order my daughter a couple, maybe 3 pumpkin donuts to surprise her with but once again they only had one. NOT COOL DUNKIN DONUTS, that was simply not cool. I also tried to get a few white powdered chocolate filled donuts... NOPE, they only have them at certain times of the year now. Still, I love donuts and I planned to make the best of the situation and take home a mixed dozen fresh yummy donuts to my family ...... WRONG again, the donuts were hard and kinda stale tasting. So I'm pretty pissed. That was over $14 down the drain. I ate the only white cream filled, it was hard and wasn't fresh tasting by a long shot. I tried a bite of 3 more but they weren't fresh or soft either, I ate only 1 bite of all 3 because they weren't fresh. I don't know what happened to Dunkin donuts but I promise I'll not be back at the Dunkin donut store in Morristown, Tennessee. Maybe I'll just go to Krispy Kreme where I'm rarely if ever disappointed with...
Read moreI’m am so over this location. I have been to this store almost everyday since they opened to get my daily Dunkin fix and everyday gets worse and worse. The staff has become very unfriendly and inattentive. Today I went in the store and stood for 8-10 minutes at the counter where no one greeted me, said I will be right with you or acknowledged me at all. (The man that was in front of me when I arrived stormed out from no one talking or waiting on him either). Finally I stopped and asked an employee if the lobby was open or if I needed to go thru the drive thru since that’s the only orders they were making. Period. I’ve had to drive to the other side of town at least 6 times to have my $7 drink remade because they did it wrong and it was disgusting. I usually do the mobile order but the last several times I came in they just piled the tickets on the counter and made the drive thru and lobby’s drinks first without asking the hoard of people there waiting on the mobile orders what their orders were or how they could help. I understand EVERYONE is short staffed but a little communication and acknowledgement goes a long way. I have never felt so undervalued or unappreciated as a customer. I have been a consistent DAILY customer of Dunkin for the past 5 years. I’ve converted at least 6 people from Starbucks to Dunkin and to be treated this way really makes me upset. I’m glad Dutch brothers is opening up next door. Maybe they will value...
