We went here for my son‘s birthday dinner and was less than impressed. The service was very kurt. I felt like they were more focused on filling their takeout orders. When I told the Service, it was his birthday, she smiled and walked away unimpressed or uninterested. The sushi was good, but certainly not great. Ingredients or bland and the sushi fell apart pretty easily. It was also too big to be bite-size. I hate to knock the atmosphere, but the lighting was extremely bright and a little polarizing. There was also little fish and lots of vegetables. Presentation was boiler plate at Best. And when the food was placed down, it was just dropped in the middle of the table in a hurry. The restaurant was less than half full, so we felt this was just a bad attitude in a place that was probably popular because of its name and location. In the end, she brought him the standard ice cream. Everyone gets at the end of dinner with a candle and the staff didn’t even have the time to sing happy birthday. Will probably not go here again since there are such so many better sushi restaurants...

The absolute best restaurant I have ever been too. I dont think anyone can understand how much I love monster sushi. Ive never been a fan of sushi or asian food in general but when my lips met the beef negimaki everything changes. That dish is heaven on earth and unlike anything i have ever tasted, the warm juicy flavored steak with those crunchy scallions in the middle all on top of rice makes my mouth water. I have had monster sushi like 3x a week once because of how much I love it. It is a go to restaurant for all of my friends and we all someway find a dish for each of us. You dont have to love sushi to go here because of the enourmous range of food. Anyways the service here is amazing, there is one lady who my friends and I LOVE she is so kind, sweet, hospitable, and always serves us. We tried the fried ice cream because of her and OMG its the best thing ive ever tasted. The environment is so cute too with fish tanks and a little bar seating area where you can see the chefs making food. Best place in Morristown you...

I came here as it was close to another sushi place that couldn't serve us due to "weather". I am so glad I did because it was a pleasant experience. The food was great. I came as a party of 7 so I can't speak much about their food but everything looked amazing. I personally ordered the Bento Box with the pork option. I didn't expect to receive so much food that I actually struggled to finish the main portion of pork. The miso soup was spot on with the right amount of saltiness. The pork was delicious with that salty/sweet sauce they used. I recommend getting the shumai since it was my most favorite portion of the dish. I didn't catch the name of our server but she was super friendly. Something as simple as laughing a bit along with us regarding our confusion on pronunciation or questions regarding menu items made this experience feel very welcoming. The place looks pretty nice especially all their Godzilla figures on display. I will surely be coming back here if I am ever...

Where do I even begin? Stumbled on this spot randomly but so grateful that we did. From the outside, this looks like your ordinary sushi spot but once inside, I assure you, it is far from that. From the moment we sat down, the staff made us feel like we were in a high end restaurant catered to only us. The menu was extensive (and for my people who get overwhelmed easily, don't worry, they even have a menu with photos). The kani salad and sushi was fresh and the taste was out of this world. We highly recommend the salmon lovers roll! The end to the perfect night came from the owner himself, Tony, who presented homemade mochi including salted caramel, carrot cake (yes that is apparently a thing), and espresso. Tony, thank you for your hospitality and for making everyone in your restaurant feel like family. So bring your appetite and a bottle of wine! We will absolutely be back.
