First off, this restaurant is a quaint and small nice place in Morristown. The interior is beautiful and the service if phenomenal! Now for the food. Our thoughts to put it simply were that it was a bit overpriced. We understood that if it’s an expensive cut of meat, then it’s expensive, but for the appetizers, they were more expensive than they should’ve (maybe because of the economy). With that said, it’s time to review the food. The pita and the humus were alright, and nothing super special, along with the calamari. Something that was great was the spanakopita was phenomenal. The main courses were again, alright. My twin said the salmon was good, and the mashed potatoes were extremely amazing, and my kids said the meatballs were also good. The beef cheeks were good, super tender, but it was a bit overpriced. The parsnip puree and broccoli robe were also not that special. The Greek rice was fantastic though, just a little bit too much salt. The lamb was also very tender, but it was a lot. The drinks were also not that great. We ordered a strawberry lemonade, and it was more like a strawberry smoothie, you couldn’t really taste the lemonade. Although the strawberry lemonade wasn’t the best, the mint lemonade is a contender because it was better. Even though it was better it wasn’t the best lemonade I’ve tasted, especially for the price that was paid. I do just want to say though, our server was very helpful in choosing food, and was also very polite. Something that was so spontaneous were butter candles! It is essentially the candles made out of butter, and the fire melts the butter. So smart!!! I think this is somewhere that should be visited, as long as you’re ok with paying for a more expensive meal. #serving!

There are a few good reasons to dine out... Great food, great service, beautiful ambiance, nice music, attentive staff, excellent plating and presentation, fair pricing with ample portions. Well, Azure checks off all the above and more. A staff that really wants you to be pleased and comfortable. Delicious food, fresh and expertly prepared, lovely Greek music and a sense that you are sitting in a quaint cafe in Greece Starting with a platter tasting tray including a butter candle that is completely edible, fabulous olives very tasty beet salad . Janet had a very fresh nicely plated bronzino, and I the lamb shank which I almost couldn't finish. Everything was very easy on the oil, tastefully presented , just wonderful. We need to eat thru their menu and taste everything. Wait staff and owners couldn't do enough for you. Thank you Azure for a great evening...we will be back soon!!! Stu and Janet

We had a great dinner here before the show at Mayo. Their complimentary pita was soft and warm and served with cute butter candle and hummus full of olive flavor. We had to stop ourselves from filling up before entrees. The octopus appetizer came with really fine mash potatoes and capers. For entrees, we’ve got Paidakia (grilled lamb chop) and grilled Lavraki (sea bass). I was pleasantly surprised by the braided fish, wow! We loved everything here! No wonder their reviews are so good! If we weren’t so full, we would have ordered desserts; they looked so good on the table next to us. The decor was beautiful, mostly white and accent with the Greek blue. The wait staff was friendly. When we left the hostess wasn’t up front, then she ran out to thank us, how sweet! What an excellent dinner experience!

This hidden gem is cozy and delicious. The servers welcome you like family, to a tucked-away, intimate dining space. Service is both smooth and friendly. The spanakopita are melt in your mouth delicious, and the varied color of the black and white sesame seeds on top offered a nice contrast and a good crunch. The hummus is fresh and creamy, while the capers and olives on top offer a wonderful zing. Served with warm, fresh pita…yum. The grilled halloumi with apricot jam and toasted walnuts is not to be missed. The zucchini chips are thinly sliced and lightly battered, and cooked to perfection. They melt in your mouth. We love to order a fresh and zesty salad, with lemon and dill and crumbled feta in great balance. They make a great side of perfectly crisp falafel to go with it. The burrata salad is also outstanding, with fresh arugula, toasted pine nuts, and a delicious balsamic glaze to finish it off. My kids love the Greek fries with feta. Don’t miss the homemade baklava ice cream, or the bougatsa, a flaky baked custard, for a tasty finish to the meal. This restaurant is such a find. They treat you to caring service and consistently excellent food. They really care about the experience they create for their patrons. This is...

Nestled on 3 Pine Tree St. in Morristown, New Jersey, Azure the Greek Mediterranean is an absolute standout in the realm of Greek/Mediterranean cuisine across the Garden State. Having traveled extensively and sampled dishes from around the world, I can confidently assert that Azure surpasses expectations in every way.

Thomas, the manager, and Kadir, our server, provided service that was not just attentive but genuinely welcoming, adding a personal touch to our dining experience.

The food itself was a revelation. From the succulent tiger shrimp to the crispy zucchini chips, the flavors were vibrant and authentic. The grilled octopus was perfectly tender, and the beet salad was a delightful blend of freshness and savory notes. Each dish spoke of craftsmanship and care, made evident by their homemade, in-house preparation.

The restaurant's ambiance is charming and evocative, transporting you to a tranquil corner of Greece. It's clear that Azure is more than just a place to eat; it's an immersive culinary journey.

For anyone in search of the finest Greek/Mediterranean dining in New Jersey, Azure is without a doubt the place to be. Prepare to be delighted and indulge in flavors that rival the best of Mediterranean...
