Two very bad experiences at Cookie Connect in Morristown. First few times I purchased cookies there they were oustanding. A few weeks ago, I took my daughter to pick up cookies on a Sunday night. It was 2 hours before closing. The cookies were stale. The birthday cake cookie had no cream on it. The Smore's cookie had no marshmellow. I chalked it up to a bad night, waited a few weeks, and decided to give them another try. So, today, I ordered four cookies. I ordered two of the "February specials" which was the "Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownie Batter Stufffed." I went into the store and was handed the box of cookies by an employee. The employee said nothing. I walked out. When I got back to my car, I noticed that the box had writing on it. The box said "We ran out of strawberry, sorry." See picture. The store replaced the two cookies I ordered with two random cookies without my knowlege or consent. I understand that businesses run out of supplies. Cookie Connect had my phone number and email. They could have called or texted me to ask me whether I wanted to 1) cancel the order; 2) select two new cookies; or 3) just purchase the other two cookies. When I arrived, the employee also could have given me those three options. Instead, she quickly handed me the cookies and disappeared into the other room. Thus, I was charged for TWO COOKIE FLAVORS I DID NOT ORDER. Worse, the Strawberry special cookie was MORE expensive than the other cookies. NEVER AGAIN. What terrible customer service. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never step foot in that store again.

I had the pleasure of being A cookie monster today at The Cookie Connect in Morristown NJ. Right near the heart of Morristown is this nice spot where you can get warm, delicious, creative cookies. The store is beautifully covered with art created by the artist, G.delia. Wall to wall of her art adding casual vibes so you can enjoy your cookie there. The store is spacious and clean. You can either order the cookies yourself at their self ordering kiosks or with the staff. The manager was there today when we entered the store and he promptly greeted us and anyone who walked into the store. I tried 3 different cookies. The birthday cake cookie, oatmeal cream pie cookie (cookie of the month) and the raspberry lemonade cookie ( cookie of the week) I had gotten the smores cookie but that was my daughter's and she's working I couldn't steal a bite. The cookies are not super expensive and they have ice cream creations too that they use their cookies with. So I truly enjoyed their cookies and definitely will be back!! I recommend you pop on over and give it a try! Enjoy!!!

Very bare bones in the front of the shop, if you order online, and use square, that is the cheapest price. You can also order at the kiosk upfront but note that a gift card would need to be paid online for the order to work. The other vendors are there but are a little more expensive. Order ahead as it will take 15 to 30 minutes to make your cookies depending on how busy they are and how many cookies you order. The s'mores, birthday cake, new chocolate chip and the Nutella chocolate chip cookies are all very good! Will be back here to try more. Cookies are a little expensive, $4.50+ each but they do come out nice and warm and tasty, kids had no issues downing a lot of them in short order.

Although I love cookie connect. I’ve been to Morristown 3 times and the two times I’ve gone, the service of the staff was definitely a 3/5. Not everyone! Even though there is a kiosk where customers can place an order, I believe customers still should be greeted when they walk through the door (times I went, I’ve been greeted once.) Especially if there is a first timer customer who doesn’t know about having to place an order through a Kiosk. As well, my last visit to Morristown I placed my order in the Kiosk (I was the ONLY customer inside) No Staff were in the front. It was a younger brunette male employee with Jordan’s and a bit older employee who were working. Only the older employee male was actually physically working but I was eyeing the younger gentlemen because he was just… trying to find work to do? I was not greeted at all. I was walked passed, no eye contact, just waiting for my delicious cookie cup :) It seemed he just wanted to talk to someone/ find something to do. But they were just talking in the back (which customers can vividly see and hear). I waited about 10 minutes just to receive a Cookie Cup….and they ran out of spoons :)

Cookie Connect is great and delicious. But it just seems that some of the staff need to work on their customer...
