Nepalese Himalayan Food — Restaurant in Morristown

Keep in mind this is a gas station and not a full restaurant. The menu is limited but let me tell you everything they have is good. My favorite is the chicken curry. The veggie curry is good. The noodles are good. The samosas are good. The dumplings are good. The dipping sauce they have for those things is pretty spicy but it tastes so good. The special is usually tandoori chicken, which is also spicy but good. If you’re lucky they might have a different special. No matter what it is, I like it. We were traveling from Stowe in search of a great restaurant for lunch. Along the way, we came across several options and were fortunate to discover the Nepalese Himalayan Food Eatery, which had received excellent reviews. Upon arriving at the Eatery located inside a gas station, we were pleased to find clean and comfortable seating available. We placed orders for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Random little find inside the gas station, but a delightful one. I'll agree with a previous poster, it's solid Nepalese food, especially with little of it around these parts, it can satisfy the craving.

Momos: i.e. the dumplings, are pretty good, homemade outer wrap and tasty inside filling.
