Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Morrisville

I saw a new monkey business flavor - banana ice cream with oreo chunks and peanut butter swirls and knew I had to try it asap! I stopped by this location after working out and quickly scanned the case and didn't see the label for my flavor, but when I asked the associate, he redirected me to the one tub that just didn't have a tag so that was a relief! I ordered a single scoop in a cup with whipped cream and fortunately was able to use my dunkin app balance.

I took my scoop outside to enjoy. There was another family and one other guy sitting alone, but playing a video on his phone full volume.

The ice cream itself was pretty good, although I think I came across a couple freezer-burned sections, just a few bites had an icy crunch that I didn't really enjoy,

Also, for the price - kind of absurd. The single scoop was $4+, and the whipped cream was an upcharge too which I honestly didn't expect.

It's just the kind of pricing I would expect for a small, local mom/pop shop...not a nationwide chain. And for the quality and size of the scoop, definitely not worth it.

Service was great though - he let me sample a couple other flavors (pumpkin cheesecake and a caramel swirl).

A bit of a let down altogether though; knowing my sweet tooth, I' probably give it another go, but just with lower, more realistic...

I went to the Baskin-Robbins on March 29, 2021 around 6 pm. I went inside the store to place an order for a large milkshake. There were 2 servers. One of them was ( Lady with a hat on) near the drive-through, and the other one was a boy (White) with the glasses on and was near the cashier. The boy totally ignored me and while I remained in place for 20 mins and waited for them to take my order. The server (white boy) was laughing and gossiping around but was not interested to take my order. I felt like I was being discriminated against because I had my scarf on, and I look like a Muslim. I politely asked for his name (white boy with the glasses on) but he started behaving rudely. He was very offensive and eventually told me to leave the store. In the end, I left the store without getting the milkshake. I assume that you have store cameras and you may check them. The time frame is around 6 pm to 6:25 pm on...

I drove 40 minutes to get here tonight. I arrived at 8:20 pm to order ice cream and they told me “we already put the ice cream up!! “ she didn't apologize, didn't try to work it out. I asked if she could go to the back to get the ice cream because this was my second Baskin Robbins location I drove to tonight because the first didnt have Sherbert... she rudely said “NO!!!” I was so confused as to why they weren’t selling ice cream so I asked her why do y’all put the ice cream up early if the place is still open for two hours? She then said “WELL IF YOU WANTED TO KNOW YOU SHOULD'VE CALLED AN ASKED!!” IM NOT SURE WHO WAS ON THE MIC BEING SO VICIOUSLY RUDE BUT WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW IT WAS A DARK SKINNED LADY WITH A SHORT PONYTAIL/ BUN! WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE LOCATION EVER AGAIN. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVEN COMING HERE AND HAD THE WORST...
