Morrisville Community Park — Attraction in Morrisville

Awesome playgrounds and even an outdoors circuit training area with excersize equipment. However, the playgrounds were completely packed full of kids. We went for the Halloween Trick r Treat the Trail event and it was horrible. The line was a mile long. We stood in line 45 mins and finally gave up. I was pretty sure they ran out of candy anyway. I had 2 very dissapointed kids. People kept cutting in line the whole time. Whole families just walked past the huge obvious line to the front. No one seemed to be running things or watching the line. No one to answer questions. Parking was a nightmare. Police presence directing traffic was completely chaotic. Hardly any signs for parking or for event entrance. There was so many people there. Playgrounds probably rate a 5 when they aren't jam packed full of kids in costumes. Nice park for the family. Plenty of options on the playgrounds for kids of all ages. Public restrooms that appear to be cleaned regularly. Plenty of shaded seating for parents and guardians to enjoy the park while watching the children. Even some bike racks for bicyclists. Many parking spots throughout the park. There are some basketball courts for older teenagers and adults who would rather play ball. There are trails for those interested in walking through the woods. Plenty of trash cans around for easy and convenient collection of garbage from guests and patrons.

Nice mix of shaded places as well as open areas including a baseball field and even some basketball courts for people to play on.

Definitely a nice place for the family, kids loved it. It's easy to spend 2-3 hours and it only feels like 20-30 minutes, can't...

It is good to visit Morrisville Communit Park with family and friends. The entire area is neat, clean, green and well maintained. It has got three fields. It has got many swings for children to play. A shelter has also been made available which has got both men and women restrooms which are neat and clean. Drinking water is also made available at many locations. The Park has got ample free parking. Score Boards have also been provided in fields one of which as it looks has also got provision to play Cricket. Fields are really green, they got provision to sit and cheer teams they like. Sitting arrangements have been made available both in park as well as in fields. Overall a good place where one can spend 1.5 to 2 hrs: keep enough food stuff, specially if kids...
