Hibachi & Sushi Alie — Restaurant in Morrisville

We noticed this sushi restaurant had just recently opened and we decided to go ahead and try it. This restaurant is definitely worth the trip. The host/ I believe owner was extremely cordial and attentive. The waitress was very nice and pleasant. The sushi and sashimi was absolutely terrific. The pricing is extremely reasonable. We had the Miso soup and the avocado bowl for our appetizers. The avocado bowl was chock full of tuna and was delicious. Then we went on an ordered some of their rolls: kiss and fire roll. spider roll. spicy tuna crunch roll. tuna jalapeno roll to name a few. Everything we ordered was delicious. They have beer on the menu but currently they cannot serve it they anticipate they will get their license for alcohol hopefully before New Year's. Either way we will be going back to try more of the items...

This place is a scam. I was referred by a friend about their current BOGO special and figured I'd give it a try. I called in to place a to go order and confirmed the BOGO but was never told that the BOGO sushi has a different price. The online price and their physical price on the menu were the same so about $12-15 per roll. They charged me $18.95 per roll claiming that's the "special price." When questioning them about the price, the owner and the staff admitted that the listing price was $12-$13 but because of the BOGO, they charged me a higher price and reiterated that I'm still paying less than the original price of each roll. If you can't afford doing BOGO promo, then don't. Don't pull a bait and switch, that does not work well for a business nowadays. Very disappointed, do not recommend and will...

I’ve been a loyal customer of this sushi place for a long time, frequently ordering three rolls per meal. In the past, my order would come in three separate containers, with each roll placed neatly in its own box. Over time, I noticed changes—first, they began combining three rolls into two containers, and the rolls themselves became noticeably smaller.

Today, I received all three rolls packed into a single container, and the portion sizes were shockingly tiny. The rolls were cramped, with very little care taken in presentation, as evident in the images I’ve provided. The measurements clearly show just how small these rolls have become.

This decline in quality and portion size is disappointing, and I don’t feel the value justifies the price anymore. Unfortunately, I’ll likely be taking my...
