Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Morrisville

Brittany and sofie(I think thats their names)were so pleasant and accommodating. I literally hate and never do reviews, I actually asked them how and where I could mention them and share how surprised I was. I always have a special order of some sort and Im always made to feel like a jerk because of it. They were so nice, moved very quickly and had smiles the entire time. Who ever owns and manages this location should be proud and feel lucky to have these young ladies working for them! There were 2 other customers besides me and we were all talking and were all very happy and again surprised how engaging and accommodating Brittany and Sofia were.....we also mentioned how it was about 45min before they closed,its not only the norm for ppl in fast food service to be rude and hate not only their job but hate the customers especially if its almost closing time. Covid literally brought out the worst lack of work ethics in ppl. I know its odd and ridiculous to give props to ppl just doing their job however these ladies and this location not only did their job properly but they went above and beyond. If there was a way to give Jersey Mikes on airport blvd no stars I would do it. I placed an online order today the number 8 club sub. I wanted no tomatoes and no vinegar. What I received was a plain sandwich with no mayo, no bacon and only ham and lettuce. When I called to tell them they made a mistake and I wanted a replacement on tomorrow since I lived 45 minutes from them and only got the sandwich on my way home, the lady told me to bring the sub back and they would remake it but it had to be today as if she was going to get the sandwich. When I advised her I would nit drive 45 minutes back for a sandwich she said well I guess you'll be eating what you received then. Very unprofessional and very rude. I for one will never eat Jersey Mikes again. Even if I wsd starving and they offered me a free sandwich. Poor service and...

Sandwich was good, and put together nicely. However, there was 90s rap music BLARING in the store. Couldnt even hear the TVs. As much as i miss hearing baby's got back, not exactly sandwich eating music. The manager was kicking back at a table bopping to the music with a friend with what seemed like all thier personal posessions spread out. Felt more like a night club than a restaurant. The bathrooms were disgusting; what appeared to be feces was smeared all over. Needless to say i wont be back and i would reccomend you stay away from this place; especially with the $12 price point. Also the slicer had rediculous shavings built up and made me almost walk out. The store was empty so i assume they hardly ever wipe down thier equipment. Seems like they are in dire need of...
