Nick's Pizza — Restaurant in Morrisville

The worst pizza I've ever had. Not only was it over cooked and black on the bottom, but they messed up the order. It was written correctly on the order slip, but delivered wrong. By the time the correct pizza got here, slices were already eaten BY KIDS, and they refused to give the correct one until it was physically in the delivery man's hands. First of all, I've never heard of a restaurant not letting customers keep the original food, or at least giving them a credit for the cost of the food. Second of all, what exactly are you going to do with 6 slices of pizza that have all been touched by children? Put them out for customers to pick up when they walk in for a slice or 2? Whoever answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and whoever delivered the pizza was just as rude and was holding the damn box hostage. This is the absolute worst customer service...

Sad. Just sad. This was my third visit. Each time I ordered something different and they were all unsatisfactory. I've had pizza, cheesesteak and this trip a chicken sub. All were subpar. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza has cheap compressed chicken and very fatty bacon. The chicken sub has the same cheap tasting patty. The French Fries were also cheap. The entire order were broken small pieces of fries. There wasn't a fry longer than an inch. The staff was friendly but the food is school cafeteria/nursing home quality. The reason I gave them my business was because Cafe Antonio's, down the street, was very busy. Pro tip- Visit Cafe Antonio's and wait in line. It's definitely worth the wait. Ordered the large pizza deal with wings, they made a mistake and gave me Stromboli instead of the pizza, then came back and tried to take the Stromboli back to give to the customer who was supposed to get it. They than proceed to get the pizza I ordered. It came well over an hour later and looked like this. (See picture below). I understand mistakes happen but to try and come back for an order you already dropped off to give to another customer is not sanitary or good business practice considering I was already inconvenienced with having to wait extra long for my pizza. Then on top of that to give me a pizza that looked as tho it was scrambled around is completely unacceptable. Will not be ordering from this...
