I can’t even explain how long in the making this review is. If you order via delivery through the Pizza Hut (NOT the Doordash app), they do not delivery all items and sometimes won’t deliver the entire order. When you call in to complain about why you haven’t received the items or no food at all after receiving notice of a delivery or it being out for delivery, they argue or ignore you, and they state that only Door Dash can do a refund. When you call Door Dash they can confirm the status and what happened. On one occasion they did state it was theft by one of their dashers, this last time, they stated the order had never even been prepared and never left the store location. Door Dash stated they could do a redelivery but when they try to call the location, the location never answers. Leaving you left with calling the call center and them saying all they can do to help is transfer you to the store location to get your refund back by a manager. They rarely answer which leaves you waiting for days for a refund and a half a** excuse/apology for their employees. THIS IS THEFT! I cannot choose a different location of a store and it’s not my fault they partner with a company who hires thieves or they employ thieves themselves. Pizza Hut will never have my money again. This is a vile way to run a business. How is it fair for them to get their money back from Door Dash before I get my money when i never received the items I purchased?? Why is Door Dash initiating full refunds when my payment was made via the PIZZA HUT APP????? I truly don’t think it was ever theft by dashers. I truly believe items are being stolen entirely by employees of this Pizza Hut location. When you go in, if your order is ready, be prepared to wait even longer than a half hour in their tiny lobby and good luck speaking to any employee up there as they are always extremely rude and truly incompetent with how they handle these types of situations. Also it does not matter if you spend $5 or $500, they do not care. I have received two refunds but have lost a tremendous amount of money otherwise. I hate that I kept giving them tries. Read moreI ordered a pizza & wings in the app yesterday. The food was supposed to arrive around 6:33pm. I got a text telling me that DoorDash had picked up the order. I got another text saying that the driver couldn’t find my home about 5 minutes later. I called the store, and the store manager (Katie, Kate, Kaitlyn) very nonchalantly informed me that once it leaves “her doors” they aren’t responsible. I informed her that I didn’t order through DoorDash, I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. She then informed me that they weren’t responsible and that “she didn’t write the contract between Pizza Hut and DoorDash”. After I informed her that the driver was probably in a food coma, she hung up on me. I was never offered a refund or a way to make things right, just a bunch of passive aggression which irritated me needless to say. Why under any circumstances would I believe the store manager of a Pizza Hut would be in any negotiations with another company to deliver their food? Furthermore, her attitude from the beginning is on par with what you would expect from a Pizza Hut “manager”. I called DoorDash and was given a corporate number for Pizza Hut. I was able to get a refund by using the number given to me by DoorDash. Mistakes happen, but when you act as if it’s not your problem as the “manager” that’s when I take issue. My order was $39.25 which is money that I worked for. This is just the start of my way to show my level of frustration with this store. The next step will be bringing up the fact that Pizza Hut doesn’t inform customers that someone else is delivering their food nor do they post anything about a “contact” with Door Dash. Read moreThis rating does not deserve even 1 star. First off, the delivery driver called before headed with my order because he mentioned there were a number of prank calls, which was fine. Then I waiting 45 min later for my order still no order was delivered. I called the store and associate mentioned that my order was canceled. The driver instead of calling myself to see exactly where my apartment was being he was lost brought order back to store. This was over 2 hours now. I called the store and the associate said they would make the order fresh and have a door dash bring back out. I asked the store if there was anything that could be done with the price, she mentioned a 10% discount. Which only deducted about 1.50 from the original price. This made me feel more frustrated as I thought the store could have done better than this. So if was after 10:10p now from when I originally ordered my order at 7:42p. Door dash came, did not have any issues finding my apartment like the other driver did from the store. Opened the dinner box up and the pizza looked like it had been rolled around the box, unattached, food was not hot and was cold not even warm.
