Starbucks — Restaurant in Morrisville

I goto this Starbucks location every morning and I have always had a positive experience. I went to this location today and Ben the manager, was extremely rude and condescending while taking my order. I asked for an out of season drink; that Starbucks still makes. The only difference is they no longer use that name. I get to the window and I told him that he was really rude to me. He proceeds to say that is my perception and he said I was being aggressive and bands me from the location.

I didn’t yell, curse or call him out his name. I only told him I didn’t like how I was treated. Keep in mind I am a black woman, that was extremely racist. I will be reporting...

Definitely make sure you know your milk isn’t expired AND that they understand what kind of milk you want. I asked for coconut milk in my matcha latte and when I got my tea it tasted awful. I’ve been getting this drink with coconut milk for years and never had a bad experience. But this girl must not have know that coconut milk is different from regular milk or the coconut milk was in the wrong container. I am lactose intolerant and I’m hoping it wasn’t regular milk, but it tasted a lot like regular milk slightly spoiled. Definitely not trusting Starbucks again on their use of a dairy free milk. The people here are friendly however, since this is in a grocery store and isn't a standalone Starbuck's, you sometimes have to wait a few minutes for someone to come over.
