Alfredo's Pizza — Restaurant in Morton

Utilized this placed for the past 5-6 years, started while living in Morton and continued upon my move to Springfield. At one point I felt like family with them & continued my LOYALTY. I recently had a disagreement with the owner as HE specifically continues to get my order wrong and HE decided to blame ME. Telling me I ordered something that I never would. I’ve been a LOYAL customer as I enjoyed the employees, but when I called to complain to him he basically LET ME KNOW MY UNIMPORTANCE as a customer. It was very hurtful... the pizza and wings are OVERCOOKED and I try to instruct them so that I can continue to utilize their services. I’m DISGUSTED with his response... no apology, acknowledgment of wrongdoing, offer to remove the additional item from my bill. It was ME ordering something that I didn’t even know existed. I ordered tonight and we all got hungry late night at 11:30pm , they close at 12, & there is barely any pizza places open past 11!! So we gave them a try bc I remember from like 20+yrs ago they had amazing pizza!!! So I wasn't expecting them to even say they would deliver to us, but they did! And they had no attitude about it. Once the guy got here I told him how much we appreciated him doing this for us and I tipped extremely well to make up for the late night delivery, afterwards I was really hoping it was gonna be good pizza considering how much I spent with tip lol (but hey it's always good to take care of people who take care of you) well it was amazing!!! I missed this pizza! I'm so glad we gave them a shot and they did not disappoint!!! Thank you guys for not turning us late night orderers down!!! I have been ordering pizza from Alfredo's for the past 4 years. Didn't know how great it was until we began ordering pizzas weekly for work. Until today, I would tell EVERYONE that they have THE BEST pizza in the area. Unfortunately, today I ordered a pizza for my husband, and we barely recognized the pie. The sauce tasted diffrent and there was barely any cheese on it. Since we were shopping in the area, we decided to grab the pizza and get home for the football game. The pizza was NOT up to Alfredo's standards and we were not about to bring it all the way back to the store.
