Culver’s — Restaurant in Morton

We have been loyal Culver’s customers for years. This Culver’s has been in decline for a while. I drove 20 mins to Morton just to get 3 Chocolate Oreo Volcano flavors of the day. After placing the order and getting to the window, I was told to pull forward. Usually you get the custard at the window. Figured they were busy but 3 scoops of custard won’t take that long. 15 minutes later I get the 3 saddest looking scoops of Chocolate Volcano that I have ever seen. I have included the picture of my custard right after they handed it to me. I included a picture of what Culver’s advertises as Chocolate Volcano. Not even close to what they advertise. I attempted to contact the restaurant to give them feedback on my experience. Gave them the order number from my receipt so they could figure out what had happened. I never got a response and it’s been over 2 weeks. Not even a quick, “Hey, we are sorry.” As far as I can tell, Culvers couldn’t care less about their customers. I would recommend driving by this Culvers and save yourself the disappointment.

Update: The response from Culvers was to share my experience. I did that right after the visit and they ignored me which prompted the Google review. Guess they didn’t even bother to read my review. No wonder this Culvers is having customer...

Not happy about the number they gave me instead of food, but it didn't take to long for my order. My chicken fingers were gritty and not well cooked, I ate them but was very underwhelmed. The store was clean and appeared to be organized. Drive through was crazy busy so I went inside (11:15AM).

Update, 10/15/2023 dinner 5PM, Nicely greeted from the counter, gave our order to a very nice obviously well trained employee. I ordered a dbl burger with cheese, onion rings, drink and a very nice turtle sundae. Food was delicious but CRAZY EXPENSIVE ($43.00 for 2 meals) service was spot on. Looking for an available table they were all filthy. Picked the least filthy one, wiped it down with a napkin as best I could. The drink station was clean and well stocked. Food was brought out quickly, order was accurate, complete and still hot. I would like to eat here more often but my social security only comes once a month. U would be a fool to go anywhere else in the Morton area to get fast food. Burger King? Nope. KFC, it’s a miracle they’re still open. McDonald’s, laughable. Taco Hell, I mean Bell? Nah… Arby’s? Meh, on a good day they’re ok. Culver’s is the best fast food place in town. I’ve had hot and fresh food from them since I moved into the area 5 years ago. They never disappoint. Tonight, I had a chicken sandwich and it was very good. Still hot when I got it home. Fries were good too. I’m also glad they were able to give me superb food even though I placed my order 30 mins before closing. It was just what I needed, as I work second shift and there’s not a lot to choose from. After a certain time, a lot of these places are closed, and ur left with nasty places with bad service or going to the grocery store, and I just don’t have the energy to cook. Anyway! Eat at Culver’s if u want...
