My family and I visited this Pizza Hut for dinner. We waited to be seated for at least 30 minutes. We were never acknowledged. It was in the evening January 17, 2016. It was my wife and two children. We wanted to dine-in, there was only one other couple there dining in, so the inner store was not busy. However, there were a few people walking in getting service, I assume they had call in orders or online orders. The manager was servicing them. There was another male and female there, I assume preparing pizza. The receptionist was spending an excessive amount of time helping one lady, it appeared they were debating the prices of orders. The dine-in area was not clean, most of the tables had not been cleaned. I tried to get the attention of the receptionist, but he was too deep in debate with the other customer. We walked out and went to a local pizza shop where we were immediately treated with great customer service.
This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. I pre ordered Pizza online for delivery for a disabled Vet. Placing the order at noon to be delivered at 6pm. I then called To make sure they had the correct address. At 6 I got a text that the Pizza was out for delivery. At 7:30 I got a call from the Vet telling me it had not arrived. I called and was told they were running late. At 8pm no Pizza. I called and they had not even started the order yet. That was 2 misleading stories. At 8:30pm I called and they still had not left to deliver the order. At 9pm (3 hrs late) they drop off the Pizza! Most old people go to bed by 8pm. When I called to speak with the manager I was told "well, he got the Pizza so I don't know what else we can do." WHAT!? 3 hrs late on a 50$ order with 20% tip and they wouldn't even throw in breadsticks for this poor disabled vet. When I insisted, I was told that they would put points on my account to use later. No points were added. Now, I understand being low on employees due to work shortage but 3 hrs! Read moreI ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house. The pizza was an hour and a half late. I called pizza hut and they told me it had been delivered to someone else but they didn't know who. They never made an attempt to contact me about my missing order. A pizza was provided for me after I called but it took another hour to make it and deliver it. I was informed that I would be given store credit for the late delivery covering the cost of the pizza. I decided to use the credit for an order a week later. I picked up the pizza in the store. While I was picking up the pizza I discovered that I was not credited the full amount but only half the amount I spent on my previous order. The amount credited did not cover the full cost of the new pizza. Despite that I paid the difference and left. When I got to the car I realized that my order was taken incorrectly, so I took the pizza back in and got my money back.
