Ordered food and waters at the front counter and told the girl we'd be outside at the patio tables with our dog. We were asked to pay up front and optimistically gave a tip before being served. She said that she'd bring it out when it was ready. Sadly, we were never checked on or served food/water. Went back to check on our order after 45 minutes and she admitted that she'd forgotten about us...then handed over the bagged food (we had not asked for it to go) and DROPPED THE BAG. Soup spilled on everything and food boxes had opened. She asked if we wanted it repacked but at this point we were starving so we went for it.
Now the food. In general it was good. We ordered the Tom kha soup, spring rolls, and Pad Thai. She didn't ask for what level of spicy on the Pad Thai so we assumed it would be mild because it's Moscow....oh boy were we wrong. The pad Thai was good but inedibly spicy (and neither my husband nor I are afraid of spicy food). This was unnecessarily painful without warning. The Tom Kha was also good, but for $19ish with about 8 slices of chicken it's not worth it. Good spring rolls though, yay.
We won't be wasting our time here again. There are better places to eat in town, Asian cuisine...

It’s an interesting layout in that you can sit outside in a communal garden area where you can get food from multiple vendors, including Suchada’s. This isn’t immediately clear (or wasn’t to us) since we walked in the front door of the restaurant (and not by the courtyard seating area) and waited to be acknowledged then seated. Once greeted and walked back we saw the outdoor seating and requested to sit outside, since it was a beautiful evening.
Once seated, service was extremely slow. Our order was taken but then nothing. We saw multiple tables get seated after us and their food arrived while we waited. Our waitress was MIA so we flagged down a different waiter who promised to check on our food. He came back shortly afterwards very apologetic that they had forgotten or misplaced our order and we were assured it was given priority.
The food did arrive not long afterwards, from our apologetic waitress, and it was very good, with generous servings, so that’s a big plus. Overall I think we ended up being there for a bit over two hours, so while disappointed in the service level, I think it was an honest mistake and we’d return to give them...
Read moreThe long wait. Ordered Dino nuggets with rice from the kid's menu. Came with fries. When pointed out I ordered rice instead, we were told rice would come separately. It did, but later I realized they charged us additional $5 for the rice. Menu clearly said you can choose either fries or rice. They got the order wrong and I ended up paying the most expensive bowl of white rice I've ever seen. My adult companions' meals arrived by the time my child was done with her meal. Dry, rubbery meat. I'm still waiting for my pad see ew while my companions eat. Our waiter informs me my pad see ew is taking long because they ran out of the sauce. By the time the waiter comes back again to tell me my order will be ready in 2 minutes, everyone is done with dinner. My mother shared her dish with me so I was done too, and took my noodle to go. When I opened the box later, I realized they got the wrong kind of meat. Tonight was the worst restaurant experience I ever had. Obviously my family would not return...
