John's Bar-B-Que — Restaurant in Moulton

I am not the one to complain, I love good food. The meat was absolutely HORRIBLE. TURKEY was so gross, smelt, looked & tasted horrible. Looked like a chunk of bologna. Pork was dry, not seasoned and does not seem smoked at all (nor the turkey). Our child LOVES ribs and he literally couldn't even eat a bite, immediately said they were horrible and so chewy. We have been on a 6 hour car ride and haven't ate ANYTHING today so I made myself eat it but I am really regretting it now. Super nauseating. The salad and potato was good. The sauce was good. Meat was absolutely horrible. Seemed like oven cooked. The place itself was so cozy, such a vibe. Server was super sweet. Food ruined it. I truly don't understand the good reviews. It's good bbq. But if u go through the drive thru u better check your order!!!! Over the last 3 months and I go once a week sometimes only 2 times a month my order was wrong. Yesterday Sept. 21 I ordered 1lb of pork and barely got over a half pound. I also offered 1 pint of potato salad well I got a pint of white sauce instead. Enough is enough. Not going back and it's too bad cause their bbq is pretty good. As for the other times it's been usually not getting a full pound of pork. One time it wasn't getting potato salad but getting Cole slaw. It's my fault for not checking all the time however when u only order 1 pound of pork and a pink of potato salad u think it would be right. If it was a large order then maybe a mistake. I don't live in Moulton but go thru there once a week but for now on I am not...

It's all great and it's always good food.nice people.i think the food is worth the money since prices keep going up.
