Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Moultrie

First off the pizza is very good...no complaints there. My issue was I ordered a pizza online at 7:34 pm, it was suppose to be at my house at 8:20 pm. I received a call from the store at 8:53 pm, the lady on the phone said the driver "Bryce" couldn't find my apartment and went back to the store. I live about 10 mins away from Marco's pizza, the girl on the phone said any time the drivers can't find the places they go back to the store. I said well I've been waiting for my food for over an hour!!!! She said we can remake your order. I told her I didn't want to do that, that I wanted my money back...she stated they don't give refunds that they only do store credit. I asked her how long would it be before I received my pizza she said about 20-25 mins longer, we were on the phone at 8:53 pm!!!!!!! The girl on the phone had an attitude when she repeated the options I had, "Like I said, it will be remade"!!! Which means it was going to take even longer!!!!! I ordered at 7:34 pm and the pizza guy delivered my pizza at 9:42 pm. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! I don't know why "Bryce" could not just call me...the number is on the receipt. I happened to be on that side of town when my blood sugar began dropping i didn't want a few pieces of candy cause I'd forgot to eat that day.. I see Marco's and pull in. Im all about a philly cheese steak sub. So when i see PCS pizza w white sauce.... I must have large cause my hubby will be so hurt i didn't share. After i devour the pie slice im eagar to get home and show off the best pizza moultrie offers. Prob in all south Ga. And i do love some DB but... Marco's takes home the ribbon. Over all experiences, we have been back several times since and man it's worth the $ and the drive across town. The only upsetting part is y'all don't deliver to me. Good pizza every time we get it. Always fresh and hot. Usually call in order and pick it up. Yesterday just drove over as we were close, went in and placed order, then went to wait in my truck with my family. Young lady behind the counter said it would take about 15 minutes. Told her I would be outside in my truck, and to just wave and I would come in and get it. Went and got in my truck. About 15 minutes later, the young lady, blonde, about 20, was bringing my order out to me. She didn’t have to do this, but what a nice gesture.
