Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Moultrie

I'm from Mobile, Alabama and I have only visited a hand full of times but still the service this pizza hut offers is nice. The staff is so friendly and understanding. I just recently visited and was told that they didn't serve a certain item on the menu, I did not know this and was not told over the phone. I'm assuming that the staff member did not hear me, so when I received my order I was quite confused. I went back inside and was calmly explained that they did not have it. It might have been the Christmas mood that I'm in or something, but still... I like coming to this pizza hut and would recommend them to friends and family. Everything else on my order was correct and I appreciate the time they took to help me figure out...

Unbelievable this Pizza Hut has a four star average. Went there for dinner with the wife ordered extra sauce on the pizza and got a dry pizza. Sent it back and 30 minutes later a different server comes to the table to apologize for the wait but they had to cook us another pizza. This makes pizza number 3. I asked what happened and he said the cook covered the toppings in sauce. 😂🤣 I would have liked to have seen that. They offered free wings and free beer, but seriously? 1.5 hours and 3 tries to get a pizza right? Pizza Hut did comp the pizza in the end but that's not gonna bring me back. Oh and the bathrooms are always nasty. Hire a new...

Update: We went in tonight and met Alan. He went above to make things right from our last visit. His staff made sure we were taking care of. Thanks Alan!

Edit: I was contacted by Alan. We had a god phone conversation and he told me he was going to make things right. I will update and add the needed stars after.

I had to leave a star. BUT it wasn’t worth one star. Went in sat 15 minutes no server came to the table called the store and placed an order. The whole time we sat there never once did a server come to the table! The guy came over said sorry I will give you 10% off. Guess what we didn’t get 10% off. NEVER...
