As a business owner this is by far one of the worst customer service establishments I have ever dealt with. The nightshift manager last night was so unprofessional and lacked general customer service skills. I don't believe that the customer is ALWAYS right. I believe right is right. So the manager tells me, the customer, that he heard me tell the cashier/the lady at the drive through window that I did NOT want a certain item on HALF of my order and the manager took upon himself to remove the item from the entire order....Ok first of all that's not what I said nor what I wanted or ordered and the manager confirmed and agreed that he heard my change in the order. So when I checked my bag and saw that the order was NOT the way I specifically ordered it and sent it back in with the lady at the drive through that originally took my order, knowing what I ordered, she immediately apologized and said she would fix it. Then the manager comes out and tells me there would be an additional charge. Excuse me, no there will NOT be an additional charge! He stated that I was never charged for the item & that the item was removed from the WHOLE order. So I responded with I didn't ask for the item to be removed from the entire order and how is that my issue? He said well I just can't give it to you and I'm sorry. In the world of customer service I don't care how busy you are and what kind of day you have had. If you mess up or make a mistake and you admit to that mistake you are supposed to try to number 1: rectify the situation in an appropriate manner...number 2: satisfy the customer. I don't care if the item was 10 cents wrong is wrong and he was absolutely UNWILLING to solve the issue in the way it should have been solved. Read moreI'm from Adel and we don't have a Krystal's, I was in Moultrie and decided to get me some Krystal's, well the drive thru line was backed up ( it was 6:00 PM) I was in a hurry, and made the mistake of pulling into Arby's drive thru. Big big mistake! The female at the drive thru was rude! She was talking to someone in the restaurant and didn't mute her headset, I tried to order and she kept talking to who ever it was and didn't get my order, she actually said "what did you say "? I tried to order again, she kept interrupting me and was still having a conversation without muting her headset. I drove off and pulled up at Krystal's. Was instantly greeted , I ordered and my order was correctly repeated back to me. I get to the window and was again greeted a smile, paid for my food, asked for napkins and extra condiments . When the young lady gave me my food and drink, I was thanked again with a smile! My order was correct and my extra condiments and napkins were in the bag. 7 minutes from start to finish. Krystal's for the win!! Now I know why Arby's had absolutely no one at their business. I highly recommend Krystal's and will definitely be back next time I am in Moultrie. Great service! Twelve Krystal Chiks plain, twelve Cheese Krystals, four plain pups, four cornpups, four large Krystal Chili, six medium fry, four medium Cokes, and two small Cokes to go, $77 and change, and it all took less than 12 minutes. This Crew has my vote all the way, not one mistake at all, fresh, hot, and on point. Man look, you go to the MacDs and order two cheeseburgers, a fish, two large fry and a large sweet tea and a large Dr. Pepper and you better check it because you will have a mcchicken, an impossible whopper (not even sold there), one bag of apple slices, a small fry one lonely onion ring on top (not sold there either), a small fanta, and a medium black coffee, that is cold.
