Firehouse Subs Moultrie Bypass — Restaurant in Moultrie

This was a horrible experience. My 1st time eating at the Moultrie, Ga. Firehouse Subs and my last time. Only 1 car at the drive thru when I pulled up, was told to wait, finally was asked for my order, had to repeat everything several times. The person taking my order had a very, very snide tone, finally got to the pick-up window, female working opened the window, told my the total, and as I tried to hand her the money, she stuck my drinks out the window. I had to put the money down to take the drinks, she looked so annoyed and put the drinks down to take my money, then picked up the drinks to give them to me. I realized the drinks were not marked ( the little buttons were not pushed in to indicate the difference in the drinks) I asked her which was was the dr. pepper? She just looked at me, no response, I asked her again, she said I don't know, so we had to take the tops off ( dr. pepper has a distinct smell) to figure it out. She never offered to help, just shut the window and walked away. Opens the window to give us our food. Look in the bag, no napkins, I asked for napkins, again with the annoyed look. Shuts window and walked as slow as possible, gets napkins and opens window, shoves them out and shuts the window. Not a thank you or come back, or nothing. Not a smile, nothing. So my little brother has the bag, realized something was on the bottom of the bag, picks it up to see what it was, mayonnaise was all over the bottom of the bag, smeared everywhere. Order was not correct. Waited 28 minutes for this awful experience. The restaurant was not busy when I pulled up to order. No excuse for the sorry service. How slow can this restaurant be? And awful service on top of that. I will never go back and will not recommend this...

Will give a reason for the 5 stars cause tonight drive thru host 1082 made it happen see two different times I went to firehouse subs frist time got a steak and cheese and a side salad but no fork had to eat with my fingers ok not mad about it second time friday night went threw got another steak and cheese lager with a firehouse salad and everything thing but the sun chips old I understand it was busy but I was not going to come back form funston ga just for some chips but Saturdaye evening was way different host 1083 in the driver thru took my order and after I got to the window I explained what happened the other two times and I told her I was not upset about the fork and the chips the other two times and I understand that it was bussy Friday night things happen and things get forgotten but host 1082 made it right and got my order 100% so this post it not to shame anyone at all just to help others understand that no one is perfect and things get forgotten will I go back to firehouse sure will the steak and cheese is why and knowing that if there is a issue with my order it will be...

I went through the drive thru in Moultrie and ordered a Hook and Ladder salad and a medium tea. The lady told me my order was 15.49. When I got to the window I ask her why it was so much that the sign stated that the salad was 8.99 and the drink should have been 2.49. She stated that the prices has went up and haven't changed the sign. Then I ask her about the Tea and she told me that the Tea also had an upcharge on it that started last week. I said to her " you mean to tell me that Tea cost more than a soft drink"? and she told me yes. I told her that i wasn't paying regular price and an upcharge. I ask to speak to the manager and she said that's okay i can give you a discount. ( What?). My order ended up being 12.29. A whole 3.20 cheaper than originally. I also ask for 2 pickels; guess...
