Came into (Waffle store # 2067) around 1:15 PM with my family and felt as if we were back in the 1950s. The server came to our table and immediately complained that she was tired. She took our order and made a few mistakes, which I didn’t take anything of. She brings out part of our food, which was cold because she was too busy catering to a specific table that was adjacent to our table. As with any server, we politely notified her the mistakes with our order. She then proceeded to take a break while we were still waiting on a waffle. She never refilled our drinks; however, she catered to a specific table. The cook called for waffle pickups and the server proceeded to give the waffles to the “specific table” of people. One of the elderly women proceeded to try to give me one of the waffles that was sat in front of her, which I turned down. I spoke up and said, “We are waiting on one more waffled over here.” An elderly woman from this “specific table” gets up and comes over to me and my family’s table says,“ I am her grandmother, please be kind to her.” This infuriated me and I immediately asked for a to go carry out for the reminder of our food. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 We were the customers and got treated like we were 3rd class citizens. Worst Waffle House experience ever. Well, except that one time when the one in Camilla had no dishes. If i could give zero stars i eould! Here'a my story: We were there for over 45 minutes with no food. We placed the order... it just never came. They weren'the even busy! Two other tables were occupied. One was just having coffee. Three families walked in, sat down, we're completely ignored, and walked out. Some of our food finally arrived. Note I said "some". The waitress even came over to ask what was missing. Still no additional. Then 20 minutes later I had the audacity to ask for a check with the missing items removed! An hour has elapsed at this point. I get no check... I keep waiting. My family had to get up and stand in front of the register for several minutes before we were even recognized. Then it was a complete shock that I wanted the check. And guess what? They didn't have a clue what we ordered! I almost had a complete meltdown! One waitress, one cook, and a man in a uniform not doing anything substantial. Three tables. One with just coffee. What the heck do they do when it's actually busy?! I do not recommend waiting your time. You might leave hungry...
