Very rude staff! I arrived at the Moultrie Georgia location around 9:30 p.m., and I never got served so I don't know how the food is here, but I do know how the service is. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to greet me or take an order for over 5 minutes. In the time that I was standing there, there were six or seven employees walking around and not one of them greeted me or ask me if my order has been taken, but did make eye contact. All the while, a female employee was trying to clock in on the computers at the front counter and apparently was unable to clock in so she proceeded to yell for someone named Austin (I assume a manager) and then ask all the other employees where Austin was. Keep in mind I'm still standing at the front counter as she's yelling and still have not been greeted nor my order taken as she proceeds to walk off to go find Austin. Needless to say I decided to take my business elsewhere! All I can say is that this is some of the worst customer service, if not the worst, that I have ever experienced! I can guarantee that I will never waste my time by going back to this Wendy's, and I will also make sure that anyone I come in contact knows not to even consider this location! Need better training, maybe Chic-fil-a could assist them with good customer service...

Wendy's currently spending millions advertising the "$3.00 Baconator." The commercials and media campaigns make this burger look outstanding.
I stopped and ordered two (2) for a total of $6.48. I'm really looking forward to this after all the advertising.
The first look was disappointing. I had to remove the bun to see if it had two (2) patties. The first bite was worse. This burger was cooked until all juice was removed. It was dry as the Sahara desert. The only taste was from the ketchup. The second burger was as dry as the first. However, the ample amounts of mayonnaise and ketchup provide moisture but did not improve the taste.
I am extremely disappointed in Wendy's. I'm pretty sure I will not attempt dealing with Wendy's again.

Arrived to pick up a Frosty in the heat of the day. Upon arrival, I noticed 3 kiosks. I looked toward the counter, and it was for pickups. As I went to turn around, an employee asked if they could help me? I stated no thank you. I don't work at any fast food establishment, nor store such as Wal-Mart.
I'm not using a kiosk or trading with companies that don't take cash. The cost of fast food restaurants has reached & and surpassed normal sit down...
Read morei took two little hispanic girls to order something from Wendy's and instead of their orders being took , the workers left them at the counter and walked around for a while , i Guess in hopes that they would leave and then began waiting on everyone else that had ordered before instead of taking their orders while giving everyone that had ordered before their orders ...by this time im beyond fustrated so then their icecreams were missing , so a friend of mine goes and actually ask where thier icecreams were because by now we had been at this degrading place for nearly 30 minutes and instead of giving their icecreams to my friend to give to the girls , they ask what kind they ordered anf then call them up to the counter as if to humiliate them and yes the staff knew se were all together , Wendy's do yourself a favor and get some employees that are not racist toward little hispanic girls instead of those whom are racist...
