Busy Beaver — Local services in Moundsville

The lady manager Amy is very good and uses common sense I have had to deal with her twice and both times she amazed me with her efficiency. I returned an unopened plumbing part a week passed the grace period. Most managers will look at the receipt then look at you then look at the part then call for a price check and on and on ..even taking a smoke break while I'm standing there not this lady. She come up looked at the receipt looked at me and said we will have to give you a store credit..i said perfect..end of story She is a gem..busy beaver ..Keep her!!..so now it's may 2025 and I'm heading to busy beaver for a small piece of pipe for the pressure switch on my well. I don't even know if they carry something like this. I asked a guy i found out his name is Dale,just point me in the direction of parts for water wells. I tried explaining what I needed and this guy turns out to be an encyclopedia of knowledge..he also has a well. Needless to say thanks to Dale I left there knowing more about my system than when I went in.. also a pat on the back to assistant manager? Jason?I thank him for his help on some painting advice he gave me a few weeks ago Been a long time since I been in a store where everyone puts the customer first..5 stars in my book Thanks everyone much...
