Arby's — Restaurant in Mount Airy

I was pretty disappointed in the quality of service I received today. I’m traveling from out of state and typically Arby’s is the place to go!

When I pulled up I was told they were out of medium sizes, okay cool, so I ordered our food and sized up to a large,

Once I finally get to the window after about a 45 minute wait I’m then told they’re also out of large, the drink I ordered, that there were only two drinks in stock with no apology or some sort of solution other than to downsize my order.

I might look small but I was looking forward to getting some food in my belly!

When I asked if she could just charge me for extra fries she said she put extras in the bags.

Pulled off after being charged $32 to no extra fries at all, not even in the bottom of the bag 🤣, the food was already cold, the soda had no syrup in it AT ALL, and my poor daughters chicken was so rubbery it could have double bounced off the floor lol

This was the worst Arby's I have been to. The person taking orders in drive through was incredibly rude. After waiting for acknowledgement for several minutes and calling out to a silent speaker was abruptly told "hold on." When she was finally ready, asked for bourbon bbq sandwich posted on street sign, and regularly featured in commercials. First she didn't know what I was asking for then just said they didn't have it. After finishing my order we resumed what I can only assume was her version of the silent game, where she couldn't bother to give me a total or even tell me to pull around. I eventually asked the silent speaker if I was to pull around, had an abrupt "yeah, come over here." Pulled around, gave cash for my order and gave extra penny for a nickel change, got 4 pennies back instead so she couldn't get that right. Was stopping through while travelling which is good since regardless will not be back at this...

:) I love that they always except coupons even if they're expired and they tell you to keep them so you can use them again, a guy the other day taking my order forgot that I had mentioned a free small fry coupon on top of 2 other coupons I was using. After bringing it to his attention he apologized and offered me an additional small fries for free and then him & another employee decided to upgrade that to a large and add in a cookie for my girls. They were very happy to have that after they were done eating. The food was fantastic and the staff went above & beyond.. Thank you Ian and the girl that was there with you that day, signed a very...
