Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Mount Airy

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo from the drive-thru. It took over twenty minutes for me to get my order! I pulled around and people behind me kept getting their orders. I was right in front of where the workers came out with the food and for at least a half dozen customers, no one even said anything to me about my order. After ten minutes or so, I was told they were waiting on my spicy chicken sandwich and to pull forward to wait. At least a half dozen more customers got their food while I continued to wait. They didn't even offer to give me my drink while I waited and it was nearly 90° out! When I finally got my food, the young lady apologized and gave me a card for a free item, however the four choices are all breakfast items and the card is only good at this location. I live thirty minutes from here, so there is NO CHANCE I'll be back there during breakfast hours to use this coupon, making it completely useless to me and therefore does nothing to make amends for my extremely poor experience! This evening I went through the drive thru for dinner with my 5 year old. My Jeep ended up blowing a hose while I was waiting because, if ot wasnt for bad luck id have no luck at all...Let me tell you...The staff was ON it. I had 3 or 4 staff members under the hood of my Jeep trying to figure out what was wrong. One girl on the phone with her boyfriend who was a mechanic...others with their phone flashlights looking for the issue...It was amazing. They didn't hesitate to help me...This is my local chick fil A so I've been before and the service is always great but this was different. I felt terrible like I was blocking the drive thru (I wasn't really) and all they did was reassure me it was okay and I could wait inside for my husband to come fix it. They continuously made sure we were okay while we waited. Top notch staff here, I won't forget...

Not sure what is going on at this location. My wife and kids went here and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. The wife grilled chicken had an odd flavor and she did not felt good after she ate the sandwich. For the kids they had the regular chicken sandwich. First of all the kids order came out incorrect, no cheese, but they were in a hurry and just ate it. Soon after my oldest was almost done eating he vomited in the parking. When my wife verified his sandwich it was uncooked, same with the other sandwich that the other kid was eating. Chicken was gooey and smell funny. You know kids theses day when they are hungry they don't even pay attention and just devour their food. REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I AM NOT RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. IT IS UNSAFE TO EAT...
