This is the most inconsistent DD ever. Their quality control is in serious need of attention. I get the same thing every time, cold brew (with or without cold foam), two creams, two pumps mocha. Yesterday I ordered the same thing I always do, but wanted to try their chocolate cold foam, so I swapped out the regular cold foam for the chocolate cold foam. Nothing else different other than that with how I ordered it, and I go there pretty much daily and always order the same way. Well they decided to make me a new specialty chocolate caramel drink off the menu that comes standard with 4 pumps of chocolate caramel swirl, chocolate cold foam, and THEN they added the 2 cream and 2 pumps mocha swirl on top of that, AND charged me extra for it! When I got to the window I let them know that itâs not quite what I ordered, that I just wanted the chocolate cold foam with what I normally order. Not like I think I deserve some special treatment, but the word Caramel never left my lips so they really did put the order in wrong. I just wanted the chocolate cold foam. When I explained this, instead of offering to remake my drink, she instead tells me I ordered it wrong and that I should have ordered it as black and then added things on. You donât order a black coffee if youâre then adding cream?? Sorry Iâm not a computer and Iâm not going to order it in sequence with how youâd apparently need to punch it into your computer or something. Anyway I would say their cold brew tastes right 75% of the time- other time it either tasted like they didnât make more in time and used their cold brew coffee but with a regular drip machine or they just donât make it right and itâs super weak. Or, they just put iced coffee in the cup and charge for cold brew thinking customers wonât notice. This is the only location Iâve ever had so many issues with. This particular location doesnât like to admit fault, and often the employees tell you âwhat youâve done wrongâ vs. acknowledging how they can improve or offering to fix it.    Read moreCame in a little before 9am on a Saturday and I have never seen a Dunkin so packed this time of morning on a Saturday. The drivethru line was all the way wrapped around and out the entrance to the shopping center. Thinking I'd avoid the chaos of the drivethru, I went inside. The line inside was doubled back onto itself taking up the majority of the inside. I used the restroom thinking it would dissipate, but no it was actually longer when I came back out. Still, I hadn't enjoyed a Dunkin coffee in quite some time, so I waited...and waited. I'm thinking they were having some sort of complication with the computer this morning. About 20 minutes from walking into the door to placing my order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese croissant with 2 pcs of sausage, 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps, a medium hot coffee with caramel flavor and cream and sugar, and a large iced coffee the maple pecan seasonal flavor also with cream and sugar. Received the hot coffee within seconds of getting to the gate, the food about a minute later, and then the iced coffee a minute after that. Food order came out perfect. Nothing incorrect, nothing burnt, just right. Hot coffee was also perfect! Iced coffee, like any time I have ever been to any Dunkin anywhere, required a little stirring at the bottom with the straw. Nothing I didn't expect. But the flavor and sweetness was right at the right level. Another perfect part. Gentleman at the register was clearly tired, and mildly unhappy about the masses of people, but was not unpleasant. Young man who handed me the coffees was very pleasant! All in all, not an unpleasant visit, in my opinion, especially considering they were swamped with a constant flow of customers from start to finish. I'm sure someone will post something negative about today considering the long wait, but I think they did a good job with what they had...
   Read moreI felt like I was crazy until I saw the rest of these reviews. The Spanish speaking staff in there was super rude, the other reviews are spot on. I did a curbside order because my 8 month old was asleep in her carrier in the back, pulled up right outside of the door going in because I didn't see any curbside parking, and put my hazards on. I had only ordered 1 refresher, but sat there for 10 minutes. 5 cars went through the drivethru, 3 people went in and out, 1 employee even came out to her car that was parked directly next to mine and went back in. I finally hauled my baby and the carrier inside and let them know I had been waiting 10 minutes for one curbside item. They looked at me and said "Oh we can't deliver it there the curbside spot is over there" and pointed to the OTHER side of the building and ACROSS the parking lot. You mean to tell me they were unable to walk directly out the front door and hand me the drink because it wasn't the designated spot, even though it was closer and I literally watched an employee walk right up to my car not 5 minutes before? There was a car parked in the pick up spot when I came in AND the spot I chose was right next to the door because I was trying to be nice. I was able to carry 30 pounds and the drink back to my car just fine, but I guess those 3 workers were too busy gossiping to be able to. Unfortunately, the drink was completely wrong too, but I'm 100% certain that was intentional because the guy who gave it to me said "oh, you can definitely have your order" in this weird voice. It was straight out of a cartoon. I ordered the Watermelon green tea refresher and there was no green tea- it was literally water and sweetener. It's fine though cause I reported that order to Dunkin corporate and they gave me 250 points, and I just made 3 drinks out of it using green tea I...
