I used to be a regular at many different Jersey Mikes Locations. This one being close to work was a good option when I wanted a good Steak and Cheese. 3 years ago I would have no complaints but since that time every visit something is wrong. They used to wrap their hot subs in foil and no longer do so. I filed a complaint when this happened because the sub was soggy and nasty. I did receive a call by a manager on duty explaining the situation and that corporate changed the rules for wrapping the subs......ok i'm good with that. I was then offered a coupon for a free sub but when I went in to get it I was looked at like I was trying to get on over on the staff and never received the coupon. Oh well, I can afford the sub just thought it was a nice gesture. Ordered online and said I wanted a wrap and got a sub. Took it back in and young kid behind the counter argued with me that I ordered a sub. I showed him the online receipt and the receipt he gave me when I picked it up.....said a wrap. Filed another complaint and got no feedback, now looking at this I understand why. No management will respond to bad reviews they only care about the good reviews, how about take some time to bring upset customers back, for the price of your subs you should have more pride in what you do. Read moreWe pre ordered and paid for a party box of 4 giant subs and one extra for my daughter’s birthday party, almost $100 worth. I requested a 10:15 pick up but when I got to the store the staff member told me they had no record of the order. She checked in the system via my confirmation number but still no sign of it. She then called the manager on the phone, who also couldn’t locate it. She told me the only option was for me to order with her and pay again; not mentioning any kind of refund. I wasn’t too happy with that but she said I either pay again or leave the store. She was reluctant to honor a 10% discount I had for the first order. She asked me for the promo code but it was on a business card that I had discarded. Once I paid, the same staff member tried to communicate the order to another employee who attempted to make it. Her instructions were not clear and he got confused - so I stepped in to guide him through the making of the 5 subs. As I was doing this she tried to hand her phone to me so I could speak with the manager - but I refused, as I was trying to make sure the guy making my order was getting it right. This other girl steps in and tells me amount as I point to the cash on counter right in front of her. She goes on a rant and tells me that is rude. I formally complained to Jersey Mike's about her and instead they got behind her mistold story and said I was in the wrong. Great way to run a business and let uncaring and attitude young people do as they want. I hope for their sake something changes at that location.
