Madisons Pub — Restaurant in Mount Clemens

It took a lot for me to write this, but I still am super offended… Two Mondays ago my three friends and I were at Madison’s. We were sitting at the Patio and completely were treated like crap. We all caught onto it after a little while. The redhead was so mean to us, kept rolling her eyes and made us feel so uncomfortable… we were eating and on our first or second drink. My buddy had trouble filling out a $5 keno ticket so he had the blonde help him… He missed a box or something. She was nice and and helped him fill a new ticket out, but the redhead kept whispering something about us to other customers about us looking shady and what not and we all caught wind of it. We waited for the blonde instead of ordering another drink that we felt uncomfortable because she was running back-and-forth bringing stuff out. She apologized and asked if she could do something, But we were already done and completely over it. She seemed to feel bad, but we just wanted to leave and cash out with her, not the other one. I almost said something out loud, but I didn’t and I’m glad I didn’t, but it was completely rude. We went to Rec Bowl for the remainder of the evening and had no problems. I’m bummed because I really like our Monday nights out. I don’t know if I want to go back there. I really don’t like to get people in trouble, but I think the owner needs to know how rude that girl was… That why I had to...

Overall nice place in downtown Mt. Clemens. I wasn't very impressed with the service. The first bartender I went to order a drink from was helpful...at first... after I finally got her attention. There was a bit of a misunderstanding due to another bartender or manager asking me if I needed help. I told him I was already being taken care of, I was just waiting for the girl to bring me my drink(which she had to go to the inside bar for the ingredients), she walked up while I was telling the guy this and she got a serious attitude and started in on me with, "I told you I'd get it!". I gave her a few choice words and went into the other bar, where a very nice young lady took care of our order while basically getting chewed out by another guy for some unknown reason. I'd have left there immediately if it weren't for my buddy's funeral crowd meeting there. Myself, I'll probably never go there again. I hate to give a place a bad review,but my experience there wasn't very pleasant, except for the bartender inside. Maybe the employees were just having a bad night? Nonetheless, they work in the service industry and probably shouldn't if they treat their customers that way. Again, my only real issue was with the first bartender, but the overall vibe...

This Place is a vibe for me when the entertainment is there which is the only time I attend to this pub. While with my family one night I decided to order a side of fries. Our waitress ASHLEY (red head) had a horrible attitude and tone when I asked about what was on the fries? Her responses were quick and nonchalant! Turned out, hidden valley ranch seasoning was on the fries that has buttermilk in it. (After doing my research because I’m vegan) cause Ashley had no knowledge. Therefore I let her know what was in it for future references if anyones else asks, ASHLEY did not acknowledge it and brushed me off as if I was bothering her. Oh & brought out ranch that no one asked for 🥴 (it’s not vegan) but me being black I guess that’s what she assumed! Her attitude made me never want to go back. I dont care about the fries at that point because the services was unpleasant while with my family. They were disturbed by her behavior as well! I’ll be sure to not sit a the table she works on. Thank you to the “manager” that brought my new batch of fries with a better attitude cause ASHLEY knew she was not welcome back to our table with that nasty...
